EVi Renewables Ltd Opiniões

Battery for Solar PV system retrofit.
Very professional service from initial enquiry to installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service from initial site visit and suitability survey through to workforce attendance on site inside and out. Very fast but only because the guys are very experienced and knowledgeable. The workmanship excellent and they definitely take pride in how good the install looks. Tidied up afterwards. Excellent administration post install. All top class. Thanks.

Good Communication and fast processing and very helpful.

Responsive and reliable with a can do attitude.

Fast installation of solar panels and battery with all the guys on site being helpful and only too willing to discuss the installation process. Support following installation also good although my queries were all minor. Had no issues since install approx. 9 months ago.
Switched to Octopus Flux tariff after a few months. System requires close monitoring to get the best financial result but now looking good. Based on figures to date, payback will be 10+ years. Expect this to reduce as prices change over the years.

After making the big decision to add solar panels, batteries and a chargepoint to my home, I delved into what looked like a flooded market! After reading multiple reviews I found EVi standing head and shoulders above. This was validated when my installation was done to a very high standard by fully accredited engineers.
This trust was fully substantiated when I experienced their aftercare. After changing over my broadband provider, I was struggling to connect my inverter dongle to see my givenergy app data. Alison was great and after walking me through several options, she got in touch with givenergy to get to the route of the problem and I was happily viewing my app data by the end of the day.
Very polite and knowledgeable when other companies may have fobbed me off to the manufacturer.
From start to finish, above and beyond EVi!

1st class service from 1st phone call to instalation
and now with great on going customer after service

No after sales interest in the customer, here's your new system, see ya later?

Good and timely response to a battery charging issue. Thankyou Alison.

Tradesmen were very respectful and knowledgeable about the products.
Equipment has worked well since installation.

Fantastic service from all people I engaged with at EVi. From quotation, through site survey, installation and even the after service is top drawer. The quality of their work, the tidiness of their teams on site and overall professionalism is outstanding.

First class company - professional from start to finish.
Initial survey was thorough and informative
No pressure from the sales/engineering team - advised pros and cons of the proposal.
Felt very much at ease and dealing with a team who cared and delivered quality work.
Installation was carried out over 2 days - team worked hand in hand with ourselves to ensure installation and cables runs ideal for the house.
On job completion area fully tidied up, system commissioned and handed over without a hitch.
Thoroughly recommend Evi renewables.

We were grateful for good advice and a thoughtfully tailored system, and we're enjoying learning how to use it. Thank you!

Customer service has been Great with EVi. Neil was really knowledgeable when considering options, even though i was a newcomer and didn't really know too much! very helpful through the Home Energy Scotland process as well.

Ive had some issues with the GivEnergy kit since install but the team (especially Alison!) have been great at getting any issues resolved and have been responsive and quick to send the Installers out when needed.

Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Quality job.

Installed a Zappi charger. Very professional and efficient service.

We are so chuffed with the service the EVi team have given us. The thought of switching to solar + battery +EV was a bit daunting when we started out. Everyone you speak to has their own views on what you should and shouldn't do, what equipment you should get etc. Paying for anything at this price level is always unnerving. I have to say the whole process has been smooth with EVi. Getting the chance to discuss options with Neil, chatting through the equipment, and managing our energy was invaluable. Other companies I had enquired with had thrown a quote back at me without taking any time to understand what we were needed.
The actual install process was great. Nothing was too much bother for the roofers, and they were conscientious with our property and were always happy to chat through how progress was going! And the electrician team were great. I'm really pleased with the quality of the finish around all the equipment, and they were great at sorting out all the connectivity. Again, they were keeping me up to date with how they were getting on. The whole install was faultless, and we're so happy with our new setup! Customer service has been great, and I've always been able to quickly get hold of someone to speak to. Highly recommend to anyone!

Very clear and informative when deciding on the system, professional and fast on installation, and made it secure enough to survive storms soon after! And continue to be helpful and communicative after installation.

Efficient , on time and very friendly.

Having an all electric house, I had been considering installing solar panels for a number of years and following being recommended to speak with EVi Renewables Ltd., I found them to not only be financially competitive but very informative and professional in all aspect of their workmanship. Our solar panel and battery storage installation was efficiently and neatly installed, on time, with minimal disruption to our household. I am now addicted to looking at the app on my mobile which shows the amount of grid electricity I am 'not' using!!
