For the short term I thought my E-win racing chair was amazing. In the long term, I had to replace the seat bottom because it completely flattened out and the structure broke in 1 place, the 5 star base bent, and one of the casters broke all within 3 years of owning it. Upon requesting some way of obtaining replacement parts, I was basically told that I couldn't be helped.

Tried to order a chair from their website. Got an email saying the chair was out of stock, they can send an XL for only $50 more if I send the money to a PayPal account that was a Gmail.com email address. I did not trust this so I emailed them directly. They said that was a real email from them. It was really unprofessional and looked like a scam email. I said no. The XL would be way too big and maybe they should not have items on the website that are out of stock. They said they would cancel my order and refund the money. Well 15 days later still no refund so again I emailed them and got an email saying my order was canceled. Then another saying the purchase was already refunded. It was not but a few hours later I got another notice that the order was canceled and the money was refunded to my credit card. Ewin is extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. Will never try them again and I do not recommend.

Chair shipped very quickly and undamaged. The assembly was really easy and had really good visual aids included to make it a breeze. The chair itself is very comfortable which is good because I spend several hours a day in it. Love the magnetic headrest! I wish the lumbar pad was, too but it's great just the same. Also like that it's easy to clean up in case of spills.

I have a Ewin Chair that I have been using for a year now and my lower back does not hurt anymore. I was not able to sit at my desk for 1 hour, now I can sit all day. Who knew a chair will change my life!

Very well made game chairs. Last year I got the Champion and loved it so much. I couldn’t wait to come home and sit in it and stream for 1-2 hours after a long day of autopsies. This year I upgraded and got the bigger, wider Flash XL. This chair is definitely a step up from my other one. I love how it is wide and I don’t feel pinched or crammed into a small desk chair. E-Win has definitely made some quality chairs that are comfortable and I don’t get tired streaming for 2 hours. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next year. Definitely a customer for life.

My e-win chair is absolutely amazing. I am 330 pounds and 6 foot tall. I can game out for 5 hours straight now in comfort. I am very happy with the company and they have amazing customer service. I am recommending the $500+ chair don't go cheap. The investment will be worth it

I am writing this to warn potential buyers about the poor long-term durability and disappointing customer service at E-WIN Racing.
In February 2024, I purchased the Flash XL Series Upgraded gaming chair, which is marketed as a "heavy-duty" product with a 550 lb weight capacity. However, just two months after the 2-year warranty expired, the multi-tilt mechanism—the heavy metal component that connects the seat to the base—literally cracked open.
When I contacted E-WIN Racing service with photo evidence of this structural failure, they refused to stand behind the product. Because I was slightly outside the 2-year window, they insisted I pay nearly $100 for a replacement part ($75 for the part plus $20 shipping) that isn't even expected to be in stock for another two months.
For a chair in this price bracket marketed for its "upgraded" durability, a metal structural component should not fail under normal use after just two years. I own a competitor's chair from DXRacer that is 8 years old and still in like-new condition, yet this "heavy-duty" E-WIN model is already unusable.
E-WIN Racing clearly prioritizes rigid policy over product quality and customer loyalty. If you expect your investment to last longer than the day the warranty expires, I strongly suggest looking at other brands that actually build their hardware to last.

Disclaimer: I have done paid promotions for this company in the past, but I am doing this review on my own. That said...

E-Win chairs have been amazing for me, which is why I was OK giving my word to others about their product. I'm 42 years old now, and I sit in my chair often for 60+ hours a week. Prior to E-Win, my butt and back would always hurt after several hours, and I had a constant back pain, this was in a $350 office chair I purchased from office depot. I've had my current e-win chair for 3 years now, and it is every bit as comfortable today as it was day 1, and the only real wear on it is from my cat trying to scratch it a few times here recently. I now have 2 of their newer champion series for both of my kids who are now teenagers, and they like them a lot as well.

I have had a great experience with this company as a content creator. I love my Ewin Flash XL chair. It's high quality and It's my main chair. I highly recommend Ewin Racing!!!

I have 2 Ewin Racing chairs. They are the most durable chairs I've owned. Built for people of all sizes with large seat pads and 550lb weight limit. And, the comfort has been unmatched for chairs in this price range.

I have 3 chairs and now I have their desk. I’ve had the chairs for over a year and they are still like new. I use them daily. The new desk I have from them is a game changer. It’s very well made, sturdy and keeps my cables organized. Cant wait to see what they come out with next.

I've had an ewin for 4 years now and the chair never lets me down. It has had no problems so far and thats saying alot for some of these other chair companies!

The packaging, tools, and instructions made assembly easier than expected. As a tall person, it's the best 'fitting' chair that I've ever owned. It's well-balanced and sturdy while maintaining comfort and back support.

The worst gaming chair I've ever tried. Hard, poor quality, and awful custoner service.

I bought one of these about three years ago. the bottom seat plate broke (obviously not a wear issue, but a defect issue). They wanted $250 to send me a part that might fix the chair. For the price these things are not durable (cost me over $500.00). I weigh 185 lbs, the chair is rated for 550 lbs. Seriously shop someplace else. These things look nice but quality inside is not there.

I've been using ewin since July of 2018, I have purchased 2 chairs for myself, and 2 chairs for family. 0 issues with any of them. My original pick was a calling series that didn't break for 6 years, when it did it was easy to fix with a cheap replacement part, I would still be using that same chair but I broke it in a move. Now I have ordered a much better newer version and am very excited. Customer support is A+ the same person from 8 years ago on twitter/X is still there communicating. Can't recommend them enough.

Do not buy this chair. The company has been giving me a run around for days. They don’t have the one I ordered in stock. I asked to cancel the order. Sent several emails. Finally got them to say they would refund within 24hrs….the charge is still there. Unfortunately no phone number to call.

If you are a consumer looking for a great product in a chair, it is not coming from E win racing. The chair is extremely uncomfortable, not only the product that costs $400 break after five months of casual use. Be prepared if you buy this chair to have the seat cushion and a backrest installed by yourself because the ones provided (if it comes with any) are horrible. After my chair recliner and lift broke, I contacted the customer service department. Let me tell you, these people are not into customer service, and once they have your money, that is all they care about. They are rude, curt, and do not understand what it means to be a customer service representative. Be prepared if you buy this horrible product; once it breaks under warranty, you will have to undergo a chat system in which they make their office hours, promise to email you without following through, and treat you like utter garbage. I've learned my lesson; I hope you don't have to. Oh, I forgot you could extend the warranty if you lie and say their product is good on a review and post it.
