Poor customer service
Items purchased arrived on time but all but two bags were split open and unusable. Complained to the company who said it had to be by email with photos- ok no problem all was sent off but no reply at all. Chased things up with yet another phone call and was told that they would replace the goods which was fair enough but delivery would not be until the following Tuesday. so No gear and a job delayed due to badly packaged delivery and a four day plus wait for replacement items.
The product was ok - not brilliant but the customer service was some of the worst I've come across. Email has still not been responded to ( it had other complaints in as well as the pics of damaged goods) happy to take your money but slow to put things right.

Good overall
Good range of products, reasonable prices, quick delivery, but three of of the undercoat bags torn and leaking. Too much effort and delay to return those, which EWI store may well be relying on. Even so, good overall.
