I feel exabytes very helpful to me. I lost count how many years I have been using your services. Your helpful attitude is what makes me stick to Exabytes. In fact I always recommended your hosting to my client. I think your team is very reliable, fast action (no other provider can beat this), very knowledgeable, and every solution suggested works for me.

I'm looking forward to working with Exabytes for many years to come.

Great service at 24/7 especially…

Great service at 24/7 especially whenever i am work on non working hours.
The only problem facing is the communications with different personnels at diff
timing due to the working shift which sometimes i have to repeatedly explain again and again although on the same case ID given. there's are lack of internal communication or understanding on the given problems. Anyway, there are helpful enough to help solve the problem. Please be reminded that solving client's problem come 1st then marketing your products. which some of you did that. Must know which priority come 1st when you are attending services. that's why the 5th star is not given to you. TQ.

I using exabytes service around 8 years. As a web designer, i need a lot of technical support especially on the email service, and exabytes team done a very good job. Powerful billing system help us monitor the product and services status very efficient. All exabytes product and service are consider fair price.
