I bought the SC-401 exam and received a VCE file, which is useless unless you pay an additional $99 for a subscription to download a player for it. I got 72 questions, but only 4 of them appeared on the actual exam. So, it was a complete waste of money.

They sell you practice exams, then as soon as you pay you have to download a VCE file, and then they give you a link to the VCE viewer software that you need, which is super expensive, probably owned by the same company.
BIG SCAM, STAY AWAY.

All security-related exams are scam and fraudulent. I used Exam-Labs for the CISSP exam in September 2024, and none of the questions matched their materials. Their services are excessively overpriced, misleading, and deceptive.

Update: After posting the review below, I contacted their customer support to request a refund, and to my surprise they refunded me. So I believe it's only to update my rating from 1 to 3 stars as they still should be more transparent about the Avantes on their sales page. Nevertheless, I appreciated being refunded even though they first offered me other options and I insisted on being refunded.

This company is misleading.

If you see their ads on Google or youtube report it!!!!

When you pay for the materials, they give you VCE files you can't use without paying for an extra software AVANSET they partner with. You get a useless file.

Considering that this service is directed mostly to Students/learners being more transparent on the sales page would have been good, but I guess that's their business model.

This is not disclosed on the sales page.

This is a scam company ... 1. No mention that i had to get a VCE player for which i had to pay quite a bit .2. The study guide that they provided is not for AZ-400 but a generic one.. Avoid exam-labs

My complaints are similar to others I see here. It was more expensive than competitors. I had to purchase an additional piece of software to use the VCE files.

When I started taking the practice exams I realized quickly that what Exam-Labs claimed were correct answers was completely incorrect.

Anyone who tried to use this material to prepare for SEC+ would be assured to fail. Its not as though every single question is wrong but a significant portion are absolutely wrong. There was one question about configuring a firewall to deny FTP and allow web traffic and DHCP. Their version of a correct answer did not deny either port 20 or 21 and it ended with Allow: any any.

I need to practice for the test but the last thing I should do is use this product to do so. I will just have to right off the $170 I spent on this crap.

They are dishonest, not to mention the high prices, I have already bought from them, but I discovered that they own several other websites and dominate practically every market in this field and with abusive prices and software with other names and with high prices, and some products are not are updated. You buy it for x amount then you have to buy the software separately, I stopped buying from you for this reason.
I'm really buying prepdayexams, they are good and don't cost me that much.

When you buy the exam questions you also have to buy the Avanset software as well. They don't tell you this before you buy the questions. Learned all questions and passed their simulation exam 4 times. Failed the actual exam. As answers were mostly wrong. Asked for a refund. Got nothing.

Not as advertised, don't get your hopes too high with them

I had a bad experience with them, the product is expensive, I still have to buy a player to open the files which costs quite a bit.
The only site that has the perfect price is prepdayexams. It was worth buying there because their support cleared all my doubts and today I was approved.

You can by tests, but you have to pay extra for the software that makes it possible to actually use the tests. And that costs about the same as the test itself.

You will only have the test and course for a very limited time. After that, you have to pay extra to get access again.

The course subtitles and the content doesn't always match.

This website is a scam. it sells you practice test papers file, which requires separate purchase of limited time software.. Buyer beware!!!

Please students from all disciplines, do not trust any postings and ads on the internet claiming the questions on the websites are real exams. The questions are basically past exams, not the actual exams you will see on the exam day.
Fellow future nurses, any unauthorized access to the NCSBN website will raise alarm bells and the perpetrator will be heading to Jail for a long time.
Months ago. there were fraudulent websites claiming their questions were exactly what showed up on the exam. Here are a few, Marks4Sure, ExamDumps, Dumps Arena, and so forth. The questions on sale were the same on all of the sites.

This is definitely a scam!! They sell you a VCE file which you cant open. Then they want you to purchase application (avanset.com) to open the file, which is far too expensive. And stop replying once you request a refund.

Inorder to use the testing material I had to buy Avanset Exam Simulator costing 400 dollars a year.

Its a SCAM!! I bought their file and now I cannot open it without a stimulator and when I asked them for a PDF version they never replied back.
