I ordered a mirror for my parents in october 2018 for christmas by mid December there was no sin of it e-mails are ignored and do not even attempt to phone as no phone calls are answered, eventualLy got a response, the mirror was delivered a week before christmas it was incorrect size and had black marks all over it ! emailed company only to be told they were closing for christmas and it wouldnt be dealt with until january 2019....dozens of emails later my parents finally took delivey of there mirror today 1st february!
shoddy service never again will i order from this company absolute joke!

Like the previous reviewer I would also have liked to give zero stars. This is the type of Company that should be featured on 'Rogue Traders'. They take your money with no intention of supplying the goods and expect a lot of people will just give up and write off their debt. I ordered a mirror on the 30th October 2018 and was told to expect delivery within 14 to 28 days. It became clear by the 17th December that this mirror was not going to arrive and I cancelled my order. I received an email from the company confirming the cancellation and stating that 'refunds usually take place within 14 working days but could take up to 30 days'. I called the company on the 21st January to complain that I was still waiting for a refund and was promised it would be made by the 25th January. Today is the 29th January and still no sign of the refund and, as I paid by Visa credit card, I have contacted my bank who also confirm no request has been made by the company to process the refund. They are now dealing with this on my behalf. So, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY WILL NOT DELIVER !

One star isn’t warranted at all , was just unable to leave none ! Avoid this company at all cost , nothing but scam artists . Can’t even afford to refund you when they fail to deliver . Was fed nothing but bullish.t by their so called customer service , then when we finally had enough of being given the runaround requested a refund . That never materialised either , just like the mirrors we ordered . Fortunately we raised the issue with our bank and got our refund from them. I’d never deal with this company again , if you choose to shop from them I’d strongly advise you pay by credit card so when your goods don’t arrive you can claim your refund from them because there’s no way you’d get it from Exclusive Mirrors .

I never write reviews, but the service I received from this company was excellent. The mirror is beautiful and exactly as described, I am delighted with it. I really needed the mirror by a certain date and from the moment of ordering the company worked really hard to achieve this for me. Nick the delivery driver, kept me informed how he was getting on, and finally arrived at my house at 9.pm still smiling, I am so grateful he went above and beyond the call of duty to get the mirror to me. Thank you so much for a first class product and service.

Ordered a mirror and as they said it arrived without damage and quickly. Great value for money. After ordering from a different company three times and arriving broken each time . I will only use Exlusive mirrors from now on. Great company to buy from.

I made an order for my mum for Christmas by the start of Dec, its mean 8 weeks now and still my order hasnt arrived and their response rate is rubbish. Ive asked for an update or a refund, ive rwceived neither. Dont bother ordering from them unless u want to kep in the dark for weeks (or eventually months)

Mirror took far longer to arrive than quoted and had to chase order on numerous occasions with them setting a delivery date only when I advised I was cancelling the order and wanted a refund. Despite this when it eventually did arrive I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality.

Not sure I would use again or perhaps they should just be more honest with expected delivery times and keep the customer informed.

Poor customer service and communication. I ordered a mirror beginning of October, it was delayed and eventually got it in late November. When opened the box it was damaged so sent it back. I was told as compensation it would be delivered on a Saturday ( 15th December). I called the day before and was told that it would not be delivered on the date so unfortunately had to cancel the order. I’ve emailed them and called them and still waiting for my refund. I definitely would not use or recommend this company.

Really pleased with the finish and quality of the Isabella mirror. Looks perfectly at home in our french inspired bedroom. Took longer to receive than anticipated but upon contacting exclusive mirrors they were prompt at getting back to me with an accurate delivery time scale so all in all great customer service. I would most definitely purchase from them again and recommend to other people!

Mirror took longer to arrive than suggested on the site, but this was over the Christmas period so understandable. The mirror was not quite as expected - the picture on the website did not give the detail - however we were pleasantly surprised!! Well packaged on delivery and overall happy with experience. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the quality and design of the 2 lamps (floor lamp and table) I bought. The lamps
took a while to arrive but this is clearly noted in the delivery times quoted and the price for both lamps was highly competive which initially had worried me as I'd not bought from this company before this. I need not have worried. I Iove the lamps and will definitely buy from this company again

Mirror quality was great, as was the cheap price. What you get for this cheap price is a long delivery time (1 month from placing order). If you are willing to wait then this website is great. Item was packaged very securely on dispatch. Their customer care team answered my questions quickly via email.

Good range of mirrors at a good price but the delivery time is very long, months in fact

I would definitely recommend this company to others, I had amazing experience, was notified of the delivery times and when the product came it was in perfect condition....

I've never written a Trust Pilot review before but feel compelled to warn others after my experience with this company.

I placed an order on 3rd November for a mirror priced at £106. It stated on their site that it may be up to 4 weeks before I would receive it as it wasn't in stock. I didn't mind, as I really wanted this mirror.

However, 4 weeks later I had heard nothing. I had to email twice to get an answer on where my mirror was. On 6th December, they emailed me to say the item had arrived but "failed quality control" - and, the replacement wouldn't arrive until the end of January! They gave me two options - wait, or choose another mirror. I was immediately suspicious why they didn't offer me a refund as one of the options. I was not prepared to wait 3 months for a mirror so I emailed back to say I wanted a refund ASAP. Funnily enough, they didn't reply! I had to email again another couple of times. I tried to call, but it rang out.

Finally, on 10th December they emailed to confirm that I could get my refund - but it could take up to 30 days to process!

I think you all know what's coming... Sure enough, 30 days passed and no refund and no communication. I emailed them to see what was going on and heard back a couple of days later with a note the refund was being processed. Oh, and the refund would take a few days! So I finally got it a week late - and over 2 months since I actually placed the order. What a joke.

I expect it would have been a lot later (or non-existent) if I hadn't kept on at them - and reminded them of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that states traders are allowed to delay refunds for up to 30 days - any longer than this is deemed unreasonable under consumer law.

If you're waiting for a refund from this company, just keep pestering them until you get it! And if you're thinking about buying from this company, think again! I managed to find the mirror I wanted on another site and got it within a few days. Look around and see if you can get it elsewhere online before choosing Exclusive Mirrors.

Utter sham!! Had my money for nearly 3 months and no sign of a refund. How the hell are companies like this allowed to operate?!? Disgusting. Mirror was poor quality and not what advertised (different colour) Off to Trading Standards and my bank for a refund. You have been warned people!!!

Excellent service. Kept well until informed of what was happing with my order. Was sent email and text messages to say courier had collected it
Then again to say courier would contact me with delivery time and date( which they kept to )

The mirror was well packed and protected and the main thing is my wife loves it

Do not order from these people you will end up out of pocket. They cancelled our order after waiting six weeks. Requested a refund and they said 30 days thought this was abit long but waited as it said in the terms and conditions gone over 30 days now had 160 for over 2 months. Definitely a scam or they are having issues. Wish I’d had read reviews

2 months in and nothing. I wasn't warned that delivery could take 6 weeks until after ordering. And then that came and passed.

I checked the Google reviews and coincidentally the people offering 5 star reviews seemed to have all reviewed the same organisations, which says it all. Scam company. Save yourself the hassle.

WOW I'm not the only person to have been ripped off by this company. I've only waited 45 days so far for a refund and still not got one! They don't answer the phones.

A company credit check found that the company had a value of -minus £-160,000.00.

It appears we are their bankers giving interest free loans.

I have requested a chargeback on my credit card.
