I have used ExelPrint twice now and their attention to detail is superb. I recommend them; they were also very patient with me as I made several changes during the process.

The process was very slow
The process was very slow. I was looking to fastrack process, but each step took two days. Please review email chain for timeframes. From placing initial order to receipt of products took weeks.
Although we have used you twice before I will go with another supplier next time.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our service. We do not wish to offer this kind of service to any of our customers. We have raised your concerns with management and reviewed the email chain to understand what caused the delay. The team has advised us that, due to the newness of the production process, it is not yet streamlined. We are working to make the process more efficient and quicker. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you and will ensure that we do better in the future. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know.

Hi Craig,
We are sorry to learn about your disappointing experience with our service. This is not the kind of service we want to provide to any of our customers. After discussing your case with our team, we arranged for one of our customer experience representatives to contact you and address the matter promptly. During the call, we explained that our system does not automatically send invoices until the order has been dispatched. Regrettably, it seems that you did not receive the auto-generated invoice. As advised by the team, we have manually sent you the invoice via email. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and want to assure you that we are reviewing our processes to make them more efficient and customer-friendly. If you require any further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Hi Peter,
Your feedback is important to us, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We apologise if the postage cost of your recent purchase seemed higher than expected. We understand your concerns, and we want to assure you that we have standardised shipping costs that aren't influenced by parcel weight. While we aim to keep our prices competitive, we also prioritise ensuring your items reach you in the best condition and on time. And that is sometimes reflected in our pricing.
It's great to hear that, despite any pricing concerns, you found value in our Test & Tag labels. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue to improve our services. If there's anything else that you need help with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Regards,
Deeksha
