I found the training was informative
I found the training was informative, to the point and well delivered. The instructor Grant had plenty of experience and conveyed information in a professional, easy to understand way,he also kept the fairly intensive day tight without any of the wanderings that sometimes lead to a long frustrating day. I learnt plenty and would recommend it to everyone. I like the offers of follow up support and also was impressed with the communications leading up to the enrolment etc of the course, especially after the three unreturned calls from the outfit I tried before these guys. A professionally run tight ship. Thanks .

The training was good, the trainer himself was good although veered off topic a number of times. You keep putting Daniel on everything, my name is in fact Danny as per my application form.

Apply Occupational Health and Safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace (UEENEEE101A)
The training was so informative , I've learned new interesting things relevant to my work .I will encourage my co employee to undergo same training and if possible for me I will enroll for another subject and training. The instructor is very effective on teaching as well as the materials .

Came away from the days training…
Came away from the days training feeling very confident about the Test and Tag training. Rick was a fantastic instructor, he knew his subject matter and was very approachable. He clarified points along the way and showed some of the tricks to make the testing easier and more efficient / effective.

Glen was very professional
Glen was very professional, an excellent balance of purpose and humour. He was able to make the material interesting and keep the class engaged. He spent the right amount of time answering questions, making sure the questioner got what they needed, but not allowing the class to get sidetracked on peripheral issues, which is a real gift. The facilities were first class, and other staff I met on the day were friendly. Also Katrina answered my questions very professionally leading up to the event. This is the best of the 3 courses I have had to undertake to prepare myself for traffic control.
