I worked with Exigen Group during the administration of my business and found the team to be professional, pragmatic and supportive throughout what was an incredibly challenging period.

Administration is never an easy process for any business owner, but the team communicated clearly, responded promptly to questions, and worked hard to achieve an outcome that protected the underlying business, our employees and, most importantly, continuity of service for our customers.

The process was handled efficiently and with a commercial mindset. Difficult decisions had to be made, but I always felt they were transparent about the options available and the implications of each decision. Their guidance helped us complete a successful transaction that allowed the business to continue trading with minimal disruption.

In what can be a difficult and traumatic time the team at Exigen are calm, professional, reassuring and sympathetic. Their experience and knowledge shines through which makes the whole experience smooth, quick and relatively stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Professional excellence and superb client care.

One of the most shody, awful, disorganized companies I have ever dealt with. Used them to close my company. Absolute confusion and chaos is the best way to describe these cowboys. You start with a confusing brochure and it continues in that vein. Coms is shocking no one has any idea whats going on and that's if you get a response.

Very unprofessional insolvency practitioner and they hit you with excessive, undisclosed fees which they do not tell you about at the beginning of the process. There is a clear breach of professional IP duties. Exigen's code of conduct & website states "whether solvent or insolvent you will receive specialist liquidation services that are transparent and stress free”. This is not my experience. There is poor communication & unreasonable delays to progress the case so they can charge more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
