Friendly and adaptive crew. When suffering seasickness, the skipper put me on shore asap, & permitted a swap with others in order to return to base more quickly.
A trip with lots more potential than I managed to squeeze out of it, but definitely highly recommendable!

So Terrible!! Could not load the tickets the 8 tickets the website was down and tried phoning and emailing no response for hours later…..meanwhile Dreamworld helped us even though it was NOT their problem.I will never ever use this website always Book direct you never have any problems when you do this!

Good show, food was average. The intro and ghost train were more scary than the main show, the whole content is not quite relevant with vampires.

Signed up to get the $30 code off the first purchase. As did but husband. But it didn’t work for either of us when we tried to buy a $65 activity through the website. Nothing said there had to be a minimum spend amount for the $30 off code to work, but I wonder if it would have if the purchase amount was greater?
Also, trying to apply a promo code was difficult because we are from Canada and entered the country code for the mobile number as such. But when trying to enter the promo code it kept saying that we had to enter our personal information - turns out the website keeps reverting our country code back to the USA and then the website thinks we don’t have a valid mobile number (which is weird because the country code for both is +1). But when we change the country code from USA to Canads it finally accepts our phone numbers and allows us to use the promo code.

Ease of purchase, value $, options to pay and quick receipts

We originally searched for Dreamwolrd tickets in our search bar, Aussie World tickets can up in the same search trucking us which caused us to purchase non-refundable tickets that are useless to us, very disappointed with Experience Oz and had been red flagged as false advertising and would never use your website again.

Update: it’s funny that you respond we are sorry to hear and please email us as we are happy to help, help with what? You didn’t resolve my issue at all, you didn’t offer anything to me since l am out of pocket, never using Experience Oz again terrible customer service that helps with nothing.
