Update: The customer service refunded the money and gave me an 1+free coupon. Thank you for this gesture. Even they didnt get the goods back. But it's not my fault as customer that DHL charges the receiver money for recovering a return.

Anyway thanks for the offered solution. I ordered now a new pair of glasses. hope this one fit good. Returning is not an option anymore.

First Review: Costumer service and products are good until you buy. Once you want to exchange or refund a glasses you dont hear anything anymore from explicit poets customer service.

I send 3 glasses back with priority DHL to Greece (60€). DHL is waiting 2 weeks for delivering to explicit poets and need just a form filled out by explicit poets because the package comes from outside the country. They dont care. "nick" who was very responsive and friendly at the beginning is now not answering at all.

They just want to sell products as much as possible but no serious costumer care. very sad because some of the glasses are really good.

If you want to buy to test the product dont believe there is a chance of returning back if you dont like it. Your money is gone anyway. keep it it throw it away.

I love these glasses and have had several pairs over the years. They are stylish, modern and an excellent quality price ratio. On top of it, I was impressed by their client service -thank you Nick! The delivery is fast, if you have any problem Nick answers quickly and fixes it. Highly recommended, just look at the website and you will certainly find a nice model for you.

I tried a couple pairs of their original line and wasn't very impressed. Found them uncomfortable to wear. But they did look fantastic. Also wasn't impressed with their customer service at the time, but that has since improved greatly.

I then saw they had a higher end line, and thought I'd give them a go.
Absolutely brilliant. I love them. You can really notice the difference in quality. I have a few of their TYLER and JOHN frames.

My favourite are the TYLER frames in Champagne. I love them so much I even asked if they could make me a custom pair, with the pink tint they offer in some of their other frames. But unfortunately they said they couldn't. Not sure why. So I bought another pair and sent them to specscart over here in the UK. The light pink tint looks great, but they bent the front of the frame really bad.

Explicitpoets please do the TYLER frames in Champagne with the pink tint. I don't mind paying extra for your trouble.

Since i wasn't sure about the pair i ordered (carter) i emailed and asked hows the return process. I got a super fast reply from a guy (nick). He was very helpful and gave me other options since i need the glasses asap and return process surely gonna take
time. Glasses is really nice, shipping is fast. I would definitely buy more.

Quality wise, as someone who needs prescription glasses, I recommend you go with the "higher" quality line. Nonetheless, great quality for the great price.
