Express Tools Ltd Opiniões

I ordered a birthday present for my husband, the website was easy to use, ordering simple and delivery very prompt - no problems at all!

Excellent customer service - tracked down the last remaining stock of the ladder I was after and was extremely thorough and helpful, including making sure that my things were all delivered on the best day for me and turned up exactly when promised. Items were high quality so not cheap, but the prices compared very well with their competitors, plus went the extra mile - unlike other places who didn't care enough to check the stock availability properly.

Disappointed to learn that after paying for the item, it was was not available for 2 weeks. Should be notified of lead time and/or availability on website prior to paying for the product.

The item is as described and just what i wanted. It was a last minute present buy for my dad and he loved it and it arrived in time.

We ordered a large 110v transformer from express tools, they were able to deliver it faster than any other supplier

I would highly recomend express tools to a friend or forthat matter any one looking for tools .

Thanks Andy

I only have the one experience and so it is a minimal sample. The goods when they arrived were of a good quality and the price was as good as anywhere. Unfortunately I experienced quite a long delay before the goods arrived.

I received exceptional customer service/care & a quality product. A pleasure to do business with.

Very helpful when i phoned. Quick delivery and reasonably priced.

We have used Express Tools a number of times, online ordering is quick and simple, prices competative and with next day or day after delivery. We have always recieved a good service.
