Worst service experience in my life

I would like to share with you the service experience I received from the movers who were supposed to transport and assemble the bed for us.

The movers arrived and brought the bed parts up to the room, including the mattress. After twenty minutes, the mover turned to me and said that the headboard could not be raised because it did not go up the stairs (they claimed to me that they assemble 8 beds a day and I should trust them that the headboard could not be raised). I was surprised because the headboard was not large and the old bed that we dismantled was the same size and there was no problem taking it down the same stairs a week before.

There were marks on the wall at the top of the stairs so I realized that they really tried and failed.
They left the headboard down and all the bed parts up in the room and claimed that they could not assemble the bed and left.

We call our contractor that arrived to see how he can help and in one minute with his friend they bring the headboard upstairs.

I was very disappointed, I called the customer service more than 10 times to re-arrange the installation but unfortunately didnt hear back from them.
I also sent them an email unfortunately didnt hear back from them.

Finally I called the store and they were able to help us immediately to send a different team to assemble the bed however unfortunately the bed was assemble very very bad.
