Delivery way to long , you should have small items avaliable in store and seasonal items available in all stores great big show rooms and unable to pick up the smaller of items

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery time.
I can see the order was placed on Sunday 18th May.
We only deliver to your area one day per week which is a Friday so that week was already fully booked at that point but I can see we delivered your order to you the following Friday 30th May which was the next available date - 10 working days later.
We also offer a Click and Collect service from our store in castlebar which would have been available for collection earlier had you chosen this option.
Thank you for shopping with us - we do hope you love your new coffee table.

Staff in Castlebar were so helpful and nice. Decided on home delivery of rugs and they arrived very quickly. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend
