Called into the Banbridge store to just have a look around and for some inspiration for a new sofa, left purchasing a new sofa! Great store with helpful staff
A lovely store with a great range of furniture. We had help from Chris who was very friendly, professional and was able to advise us when we were looking to purchase the Valentino recliner sofa. We would definitely recommend Chris and EZ Living Banbridge.

We visited the Banbridge store on…
We visited the Banbridge store on Saturday, our first time here it's a lovely store and the staff are very friendly and approachable. A member of staff offered us a tea or coffee while we had a look around. We weren't really looking for anything in particular but found two items that we really liked and then a third we approached a staff member named Jason Duffin and he assisted us with our purchase and went through the checks and delivery details a wonderful experience and fantastic service, I would highly recommend.

He had good knowledge of the stock
We were left to browse around the store without being continually watched so the experience was relaxed

Professional staff
We went to choose a mattress for our bed which would cater for our ageing bones! The shop is set out very attractively. Christopher was professional without being "pushy". He explained clearly what was involved in choosing a mattress and left us ample time to discuss our options with each other.

Faults with EZ Living Sofa Purchase
I have just Kirk visit my home due to faults with my recent purchase of a new sofa from EZ Living, unfortunately he was unable to fix the faults but his workmanship, and professionalism was excellent. He tried very hard to fix the faults but the issue is a manufacturing problem. He offered reassurance and understood my disappointment that the issues could not be resolved. Thank you Kirk.

New Sofa
I had an excellent experience at EZ Living Banbridge thanks to Lukasz, the Assistant Manager. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process of helping me choose my new sofa and never made me feel rushed.
His knowledge was outstanding, offering expert advice on sizing, fabric choices, and what would work best for my space. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the decision so much easier.
Lukasz was also extremely pleasant and welcoming, even making me a coffee while we discussed the different options. His friendly, professional approach and genuine enthusiasm for his job really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and Lukasz is a real credit to EZ Living. I would highly recommend visiting the Banbridge store and asking for him if you’re looking for expert advice and exceptional service.
