Smooth Purchase and Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic, easy, stress-free, welcoming service today at your Banbridge store. Purchased a beautiful Corner Sofa and so happy with my experience so far. We were taken care of by your wonderful member of staff John Ossawy, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and great craic! John explained everything in great detail and is a credit to your store. I am so looking forward to enjoying my new sofa in the coming weeks and will definitely return to purchase again from John.

I appreciated the approach of staff - on entering the shop I was acknowledged and offered a cup of coffee. I was asked if i needed help with anything, but no pressure added (in that moment I had just intended browsing). A sign had caught my eye advertising the additional offer over the Easter bank holiday. Jason explained this and the detail of the sale already on. I moved on, still intending to browse. However, I knew that not too far in the future I would need to make some purchases when I moved house but I hadn't even purchased a property at that stage. I went back and asked some questions and explained the situation. Jason was excellent and I think particularly because he wasn't 'pushy' at any time, I ended up buying a 3 seater, a 2 seater and a footstool because I knew the sale along with the additional offer was too good to miss. I also appreciated the follow up phone call from him when the items came into stock

Staff give lots of time and are always…
Staff give lots of time and are always pleasant. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. EZ living is one of the few furniture places left that are a joy to visit and the store layout can give some great interior design ideas.
