Donna was fabulous
Donna was fabulous! I filled out an online enquiry form and she called and was able to bring us right through the process and find us the perfect seat in the same material as our sofa even tho the arrange was discontinued! She really went above and beyond and is an asset to the Boucher team- thanks Donna!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful .Taking time to show different items &options .Then explaining in detail the next steps.The lads on the delivery van kept me in there loop by phone when they were Arriving .Very pleased with all the staff & delivery service.

Bought a full bedroom set yesterday…
Bought a full bedroom set yesterday from EZ Living Interiors on the Boucher Road, Belfast, and I have to say the service was absolutely first class from start to finish. Johnny H looked after us and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I would definitely return in the future to buy more furniture for the house and would have no hesitation in recommending EZ Living Interiors to friends and family. Overall, it was a genuinely great shopping experience.

I had a very pleasant experience at your Boucher road store.
Jonny H, was extremely helpful without being pushy or salesy. He suggested ways to pay if I went ahead with the sale and told me when the discount would end, as I was still thinking about it.
I returned a few days later, before the discount ended. I waited as Jonny was busy closing a sale and again he was very pleasant with the other customers. I added the insurance which saved me more money, and paid half my bill which will be settled before delivery.
I'm a happy customer and will be returning to your store.

Donna barbour from boucher road store made my experience at EZ living interiors great I found her very approachable and friendly overall her customer service amazing. She helped me with picking the perfect sofa for the layout for my living room i was shown pictures of how it would look and couldnt be happier as a first time home owner I wouldnt of known were to begin. She explained to me about guardsmanship 5 year protection plan I decided to add this to my purchase to take care of my sofa as I have a puppy at home. Beautiful items in this store everything caught my eye I will definately be returning for more purchases. Thanks again Donna for making my experience a good one im happy with the service and excited to recieve my beautiful sofa I would highly recommend :)

We had a great experience with Johnny H at the Boucher Road store. We needed a mattress to be delivered within 2 weeks and while he said that it usually takes longer, he was able to make some calls and assure us we'd have it in time. Johnny was lovely to deal with so we're very pleased. Thanks again!
