Very slow delivery
Sadly I’m still waiting for the delivery of my order. By the time it gets here I will have been waiting over a month. Not great for a £39 delivery fee.

We make every effort to keep the prices of our products as competitive and affordable as possible. Rather than building delivery and assembly costs into the product price for every customer, we keep these services as separate charges. This means customers who do not require delivery or assembly are not paying towards those costs, while those who do can choose the services they need.
We appreciate that the additional charges can affect the overall cost, and we’re always mindful of keeping these fees as reasonable as possible while covering the costs involved in providing the services.

Horrendous customer service experience
Bought 2 armchairs in Coleraine store. Delivered 2 weeks ago with one chair's legs missing! Customer services informed me they would consult with supplier. I'm still to hear back. Customer service dept never answer phone! Will have to take this up with my credit card company

We called into the Coleraine store and purchased some living room furmiture and a mattress from Richard who demonstrated excellent customer services skills, was polite and knowledgeable and we are confident that he is doing his best to ensure are items will be delivered as soon as possible

Great service and lots of choice
We recently purchased a dining set in the Coleraine store, Cherise was very helpful. She showed us all the different types of tables and also how they extended, also taking one of the chairs to the door to let us see the exact colour. We were given a quotation of the price but she wasn't at all pushy which is the first thing puts me off buying anything. we went home and thought about it, after going to view it again we went to Cherise again to buy the set, great service and lovely friendly staff member .
