Great store in Enniskillen
Great store in Enniskillen, well stocked home furnishings with plenty of good quality choice. Staff are very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We visited on two occasions before deciding on our new bed, we had almost exclusive assistance from firstly Peter and on our second visit Brendan. Items are reasonably priced, excellent quality and the complimentary coffee on both visits was excellent too. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

I don’t receive my sofa till end of…
I don’t receive my sofa till end of November but i just know its going to be amazing as I've sat on it laid on made sure my disability is not preventing a comfortable experience but i do have to say peter at enniskillen branch in fermanagh needs a massive pay rise he is so down to earth patient and all the knowledge we need didn’t struggle with one customer then after a hour with peter i told him i was going home to measure up me thinking he would then loose that fantastic customer service well not peter he encouraged me to do whats best for me he probably thought i was running but nope true to my word i was back within 40 minutes and once again peter went full out coffee for
My self parents and grandad what a man peter is eze give peter all the praise he deserves please you gained a new customer why he works for you thank you so much peter sir you are a legend 10 star rating for peter 5 for eze

Went in to EZ Living Enniskillen to have a browse and had a fantastic experience with the family. Dylan from the store offered to help us out and was an absolute credit to the company throughout our time, he took the time to really help us out and listened to our needs every step of the way. Enniskillen storeWas in first day and found the member…
Was in first day and found the member of staff helpful and pleasant and happy to take time and answer any questions about the product I was interested in purchasing. I did not place order with the shop this day as I had to check the measurements of my room.
Went in the following day and dealt with a different member of staff who was friendly however gave me different information when my suite would be delivered. It would be beneficial for myself as a customer to have the approximate date of delivery within the receipt.

Mixed initial experience
The sales rep Ryan was excellent, friendly and helpful throughout. Unfortunately he discussed a loose delivery time which was accepted but this ran on where I had to go to the store to ask about the delay. It was explained our order was cancelled by a senior manager but not placed back on the delivery schedule. We are still waiting for delivery and again, Ryan has been very helpful.

Ryan Higgins was fantastic. A lovely lad, friendly and chatty. He really made the sales experience easy for us.
The delivery company were great as well. The sofa and chair had to be assembled and this was done quickly and efficiently.
