Formula One Autocentres - Andover Opiniões 

The Andover branch had my car all day yesterday , a couple of issues were found but instead of ringing me to discuss , they did nothing , the car sat there all day . I went to pick the car up in the evening to be told this . the man on the desk told me he was too busy to call me . What a joke !!!!, will definitely never bring my car to you ever again . So by bring my car to you cost me £52.60 to hire a car for the day , £14.70 for 2 taxi's only to be told you none nothing !!!!!

First time using F1 as they are near to my home, booked an MOT to have it cancelled on the booked date, re-booked to have it cancelled again within five minutes, re booked for today to have it cancelled - no tester. Really, you didn’t know this earlier! Won’t use again (not that I did).
Update: Contacted by area manager Adam who explained that the tester had left the company and let them down, i explained that i had re-booked my test at the main dealer Adam then offered to pay for the test, this explanation made a difference and i will try F1 again in the future

I arrived at the Andover centre this morning to drop my car off for an MOT & interim service to be told to wait outside (at 8:55) because they had only just turned up & that all MOT tests are "sacked off" today because the MOT tester hasn't turned up (for the 3rd time in a week apparently).
The manager on site was extremely unprofessional in his attitude, offering no apologies to myself or the other customer that had arrived for an MOT, merely stating that it wasn't his fault, & that we needed to contact customer services (that are only open Mon-Fri during office hours) to get our payments refunded.
I only hope that customer services process my refund swiftly as it will be additionally unfair of them to hold on to customers' money after giving such disgraceful service.

Didn't price match as advertised. Wasted an hour. Very dispointed.

Steve was amazing at helping me when another garage was trying to charge me over £800 for repairs I didn’t need! Kwik-Fit told me a needed 2 front break pads to pass the MOT, once my car went in for the repairs they told me it needed all new disc, all new breaks, a new battery, and so on. I questioned all of this and asked how it all of a sudden needed all of this when the only fail was the front break pads. I asked if they could just change these to get it through the MOT a their reply was they could but it was against their company policy to put discs on pads they didn’t think were safe.

I spoke to Steve who didn’t understand how the discs could be in such bad shape if they didn’t fail the MOT. He told me I could take the car to him for a quick look over and agreed it only needed front pads. He gave me advice on when the other parts needed changing on the car so I could spread the cost. Safe to say I got the repairs done here instead and will be coming here again in the future.

It’s nice to have people who don’t try to take advantage and convince you that you need work done that doesn’t need doing.

Booked 9th May for MOT and full service on 23rd May, money taken from my account 11th May, reminder e-mail received 22nd May. I arrived by 8.30am on the 23rd as requested (after arranging alternative school drop off for my Son) only to be told their MOT person left a while ago and MOT bookings shouldn’t be allowed. I asked for refund and the guy, who had no care or customer service skills, pointed at a sign and told me to take a picture of the phone number and call for a refund. I called before 9am and left a voicemail for a call back, had to then call again around 3.30pm as I hadn’t received a call back. I tried to give feedback about the service I received but it was clear that there was no interest at all.
I will never take any vehicles to this sham of a garage again.

Visited the Andover (Hampshire) Branch. Mike and Mark were superb in ensuring my car had 2 new rear tyres fitted along with the geometric tracking. After receiving a puncture over the weekend, Mark was able to order the tyres, have them in on Monday and get the job done by the end of the day. The whole process was easy and the customer service was second to none! Will certainly be returning for any further car issues I have! Thanks 😊

Needed an urgent tyre repair in Andover on a Sunday. Mike was so helpful and the price was only £23 for a puncture repair, now going to recommend for MOTs and services, well done Mike 👍🏻

First time using Formula One Autocentre, I was extremely impressed with the standard of customer service and the way I was treated by the staff. A seamless process from start to finish. I will, from now on, be taking my cars to them for MOT, Servicing and repairs when required. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mike and his team at Andover were so amazing. We broke down on our way home from a festival and after visiting a totally unhelpful and rude Quikfit garage the RAC guy helped us find F1 Andover.

Mike was warm and friendly and gave us great advice and a great deal even though it was close to closing time.

As a woman it can be quite overwhelming at car garages sometimes and Mike did not make me feel patronised or uncomfortable at all. I felt certain I was getting genuine advice and that no one was trying to hustle me for more than I needed.

I am very grateful for him making a difficult experience eminently easier.

Would go back whenever I needed tyres if it wasn't hours away from home!

Not very happy. Took almost an hour to fit two new tyres. Drove off and immediately got a warning that the pressure put in the new tyres was too low. Topped them up at home but this is not what you expect from experts who do this as a job.

I am so happy with the services I got from them, it all started from me changing my car’s front wheels ,the staffs are nice, friendly and down to earth.
