I booked my in for an MOT and service and although the MOT had to be moved it was all completed in time. I did have an issue afterwards with the washer jets & wiper blades on the car but between Jordan & Alex this has now been sorted. Alex went above and beyond to find the washer jets & organise fitting (done while I waited). Although it took a while the car is now working well & the staff were helpful.

Formal one auto center Aylesbury they did an appalling service on my car they left oil over the engine they rushed everything then they damaged my boot door and then wouldn't put it right they are untrustworthy and just cowboys

Took my car for radiator replacement
Took my car for radiator replacement, full servicing and MOT but after doing full servicing paying additional £998 replacing radiator and all part recommended by them on top of £202 (Full servicing+MOT) my car initially failed MOT because they didn't detected broken coil for which I had to pay additional £140 to fix it. But after spending all the money car started misfire when accelerating on the first drive.
They again charged me another £270.83 to replace additional parts but when I went to collect car found car was still giving same problem. They advised to take car to car electrical specialist. Now I have a car which I can't use for anything staying waiting to be scrapped and I am still paying for repair they did in instalment.
I am never going to use their service again.

Booked for a tyre fitting but when I arrived at the agreed time they told me they couldn’t do it for “2 to 3 hours” and I would have to wait.
However tempting the F1 “lounge” I had to decline and will now have to book with someone else having wasted the journey. I won’t be using them again

Failed MOT on single blown indicator…
Failed MOT on single blown indicator repeater, they were too busy then to fix and retest so brought back 2 days later , fitted bulb and retest for 3.50p
