Formula One Autocentres - Basildon Opiniões 

I had an issue with a supplier sending the incorrect tyres to F1 Autocentres and although not something they should have to deal with. F1 couldn't have been more helpful in contacting the suppliers and organising a new fitting date and time.

Been there a few times now and always been helpful, friendly and solved any problems I've had.

I booked in for a free clutch check with Chris from formula auto centers, when I arrived I waited in the reception area, and waited, when I was attended to I informed the receptionist that i was here for a free clutch test, the receptionist then told a mechanic that he was to do it and an argument followed with the first mechanic and another mechanic as to who would have to do the check. Obviously they didn't want to be bothered with the free check, but at the end I was invited to pay £450 if I wanted a new clutch. Which funnily enough they said I didn't really need yet but will soon. They completly did not listen to me when i told them that the clutch judder happened when the vehicle was cold and was only from stand still and was worse with higher revs. They do not examine the clutch as I thought they may. They just let one of the guys take it for a spin around the block, which I knew would not identify the problem as I had been driving the car all morning and this would not present the problem, It happens more when the car has not been driven. I gave 2 stars as it was free, but I feel they use it to generate income, but totally ignored me and told me to apply more revs to solve the problem but it only makes it worse.

Got to say went in expecting to pay lots took car in worh slow puncture had car for 30 mins then get told wasn't a puncture just seal on tyre not correct and when asked how much wait for it told nothing like it wow great service and pleasant staff

Been waiting on the phone for 10 minutes after being asked to hold listened to 2 customers come and go but still no answer

I had a slow puncher which was fix by Dan, who done a brilliant job.

I've used the guys at Basildon on a few occasions for tyres, but out of pure laziness decided to try Kwik Fit mobile fitting. After letting me down 4 hours before my appointment, I called the guys at F1 and spoke to Adam who was brilliant. Listened to my issue, recommended a new brand of tyres for me and got me in for the following day. Was in and out in under 40 mins. Genuinely you cannot fault these guys. Young lad who fitted my tyres and took payment was also really pleasant, didn't get his name but please pass on my thanks again.

Moral of the story, don't be lazy and trust the guys at F1!

Friendly welcome and a very prompt service. Only needed to get the tracking done - a small job in itself, but taking into consideration how busy they were on the day and the fact that I had no appointment booked with them, my car was taken care of immediately.

Went to Formula One Without an appointment.
My Skoda Yeti was making what sounded like metal scraping noise, which got very loud and then went away not sure what it was.
They checked my car, and found a fault with the discs and pads.
They replaced the rear discs and I had all new pads fitted, all done that day.
At the Basildon Formula One Station
Nice people, great service.
Thanks to them I was able to collect my son from the air port the next day.
Could not have done it without their help.

I had a punture that needed to be repaired at short notice owing to the fact my wife needed it for a long journey.The service I received was absolutely fantastic. They could have not have done enough whilst they were very busy they still fitted me in. I always receive great service when I send my vehicle there
