great support from craig and team at Basingstoke when i had a real problem with my brakes and yellow waring messages having travelled down from Warwick
really saved the day !!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting and rude service. Booked my tyres via etyres, received a call from the Formula 1 Basingstoke, the man on the line was rude and shouted at me that they don't have any time to fit me in and I am not their customer. I will never come back obviously.

Fast and efficient, even offered another date when I was stuck in roadworks.

Nof was helpful ordering and booking me into the garage. Everyone was helpful and lovely 🥰

I phoned on Monday with regards to my vehicle and spoke with a wonderful guy called Tony who was truly helpful furthermore giving the best solution to my problems. I later in the day phoned back to see when the vehicle could be booked in, I spoke with another helpful guy called Nof, he went far and beyond to get my vehicle in asap, between both Tony & Nof they was able to fit my vehicle in today 07/02/2024. I dropped the vehicle off first thing and was welcomed by a fantastic team, acknowledging me walking into the branch and most importantly having the politeness to help. I would like to thank mark too for his knowledge in mechanics giving me good advice to maintain the function of the car, truly grateful for this. I have used a few garages in Basingstoke over the years but as a customer these guys should be rewarded for their hard work in addition are a great asset to formula one Basingstoke. I will always recommend this branch to others and continue to be a loyal customer.. thank you Tony,Nof,Mark for the service and this also extends to other colleagues. 😊

Honestly don't bother, should I say if your woman as I feel it's because I'm woman, they probably think they can do one over on me. my car went in for mot and full service, there was few thing needed doing. They over charge me on more then one car part. I even spoken to few people about it, they even said same about f one autocentre, same thing happen to them. I spoke to customer service, even they are trying to screw me over. They asked for like to like quote from another vat garage, which I had done and sent to them, they said they would give 10% the difference. We had been in contact emailing back and forth, but when sending them the quote, they hadn't replied back, I had sent them another quote that a garage had taken while to send me. Customer service then got back to me, saying they can't do anything as it had been 7 days (which they hadn't said anything to me that I had 7 days to do this) a rubbish company. Save yourself and go somewhere, where you will be treated better. The most annoying thing is, I use this garage so many times for my mot and tyres etc, and not had a problem. But this time they just screw me over.

I woke up to a puncture on a bank holiday Monday so their was little help for me,I called formula one and they fitted me in straight away at a great price the customer service was excellent thanks I will definitely return 👍 🙂

I can not thank formula one auto centre enough for all their hard work. They went above and beyond their duty. Such a trust worthy, honest company to use. Tony went into a lot of detail and explained what needed to happen. Definitely worth the money and the peace of mind... 🤩👍👍

Excellent service, efficient and prompt!

A Timing Belt renewal on our ancient but treasured Citroen Picasso was executed very promptly and professionally. It was nice to have a quote upfront. The attendants were business-like and cheerful (Basingstoke, Lister road). A good experience. We shall be back.

If the customer wasn't understanding, the communication was somewhat dismissive, annoyed and hot-tempered rather than clarifying.

When I asked if the flat tyre could be repaired, they advised me to wait in the customer waiting area.
Later I found out that the flat tyre was already replaced (they didn't give me a chance to decide), followed by an explanation that it couldn't be repaired.

Specifically Basingstoke branch. I had a tyre blow out due to the horrendous state of the roads in Basingstoke that the council just ignore. The nightmare situation was the fact my wife is a firefighter and had to have the car back up and running to get to Eastleigh for her next shift. The team at Basingstoke jumped through hoops to make a repair in time possible. I was blown away by the great customer service and quality/price of product. I didn't catch the young chaps name but he was great. Highly recommend this particular branch.
