Worst experience ever. Will never use again. I took my car for MOT and was told it was a major fail because of issues with viper fluid. So cannot drive car till fixed. Sent on a wild goose chase to find out there was no problem taking my car to get repaired.
So either dodgy tactics or staff who dont know the variation between cars. Very disappointed.
Staff on the day were rude as well claiming they were short staffed and busy and they could not do a lot. This even included the manager on duty.
So paid twice for MOT and all the hassle and running around when no problems in the first instance.

Took my car in for a routine air con regas and the chap found a leak. He showed me exactly where it was so I was able to get the part replaced A couple of weeks later the gassing was carried out and all is well

Abysmal Service. This was my first visit to an f1 autocentre and will be the last. I booked an appointment at 1400 and arrived 15 minutes early as requested, to have 2 new tyres fitted and then waited and waited for a total of 2 hrs 30 minutes before the work was completed. What is the point of booking if you are left waiting. I am not blaming the workers just the company. Never again!

Mark and the team are really helpful! Got my MOT sorted really quickly. Have been to F1 Boston a few times now and the service is always outstanding 😊

Not good at all this time very disappointed. Last year no issues no advisories and car done less than 1000 miles and now all falling apart but I don’t believe in it.

Friendly took time to explain what they was actually doing.
Nothing was a problem. Great bunch of lads. Top job. Boston branch.

I've been to formula one autocentre at the boston branch a few times now ,and I must say I have had fantastic service every time, very helpful and a special shout out for Tom and Charlie, top lads cheers

Great service in Boston.

Boston branch , so helpful, went out of their way to help me on a Sunday morning when other tyre places wouldn’t. They juggled other jobs around to accommodate me and I was extremely grateful. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Good service at Boston branch only let down by delivery of 4tyres from 3rd party supplier apart from that a good experience, Once tyres arrived they notified me work then completed in good time, Would definitely use F1 again

Very helpful and nothing is a problem although we have given them some awful jobs to sort out (Alfas…)
Russ and his team in Boston are ace guys and we now won’t use any other garages for servicing or MOTs.

Fantastic Service especially from Tom and Lewis who worked on my car fitting a new clutch which proved quite challenging! Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, they kept me up to date with everything they were doing. I've used F1 since moving here to Lincolnshire and I certainly won't go anywhere else!

First time used Boston centre and what brilliant customer service,kept in touch with me regarding the progress of my repair. They are very accommodating. Thank you.

Had two new tyres fitted at F1 Boston and the service received was outstanding
All the staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
I will defiantly make this my go to branch.

1- Booked in to change 2 tyres at 08:30am,once at the centre they tell me they don't have my tyres and to come back at 11am. At 11am still no tyres, job done at 12:30pm (4 hours later).
After changing tyres MOT retest comes with advisory on one of the new tyres!

2-Most people would be happy about this one, the car had an advisory that just vanished on the MOT, but it still there because I didn't fix it and anyone can see it if not blind!
Wouldn't be surprised if a wheel flies off after people like this work on my car....

We received great service from the Formula One team at their Boston branch after going in with an exhaust hanging off. We were met with very polite and professional service with great communication, and they got us back on the road by the end of the day.
Their team at Boston were a great credit to their company.

Tony at the Boston branch was fab in sorting out my mot and the repairs which were needed! Very speedy repair and was true to quote given. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys!
