Excellent customer service from start to finish. Dave the manager really was superb...contacting ahead of my arrival to check that company would pay my MOT fee.

**UPDATE** - I have been contacted by the general manager of F1 auto, he has some amazing customer skills. He spoke to me apologised on the garages behalf. He spoke to me about the points I had raised and he is going to speak to the individual that made my experience bad.

I have never had such a bad experience in my life and I will be telling all my friends and family to never use that garage again.

- I was first given attitude by the front of house when I first walked in. When he told me my appointment was at 1 and I turned up at 4. Even thought I emailed black circles to change the time and had confirmation of said change. He then went to say it’s my fault the times weren’t changed.

- Next he told me I have chosen the wrong tires for my own car when in fact I had chosen the correct tyres that are from the recommendation of my manufacturer.

- He then was pressuring me to buy tyres from him and get tracking done that very day. Almost threatening me saying I would get points on my licence if I left the garage without this being done.

I will never use that garage again and I am worry for other customers who are going to have to deal with that garage!

Be Aware, Taken my vehicle in for MOT, they failed it on OSF Coil spring fractured, NSR coil spring fractured, I could’ve said yes get the work done but I continued the work myself, got the vehicle back home and the OSF coil spring wasn’t fractured and was replaced 2 years ago, yes I understand an item like this wears over time, but it was fine nothing wrong with it, caused some inconvenience taking the strut off to bring into the store to show the evidence it wasn’t broken, the both NSR and OSR coil spring was broken, just the fact the mot tester stated to me “it looked like it was broken as it was leaning on the one side” that shouldn’t matter, I could have a bag of potatoes on the passenger seat and the car would be leaning… just to anyone who has a mot not just here but anywhere think twice or have a look yourself before saying yes to further work!

The guys at the Cannock branch are very accommodating. I’d forgotten all about my MOT. After giving them a call, they managed to squeeze my car in. Dave went the extra mile to make sure my car was checked over and MOT’d so I could travel home the same day. These guys always look after me when I need something sorting out. They’re a great bunch of lads.

Booked my car in for air con re gas.Great service good price would definitely recommend cannock centre.

I called in today to have my front brakes checked, another garage applied I needed new discs and pads.
I didn't think I needed discs,only pads and I was correct.
A hour later my pads were changed and I was back on the road.
Great honest service! some competitors could learn from their service.
