I met the manager Arfan. He remembered my name and car which was very impressive. Car was ready in less then an hour. There is nothing better then this service.

I'm extremely unhappy with the MOT service I received yesterday. I booked and payed online and turned up with my car 10 mins before the alloted time. I discussed with the reception person that the car had a slow leak in the rear offside tyre and asked if they could investigate that while they had the car. He said probably not and I would probably have to book a seperate apointment to have it investigate but lets do the MOT first.
I was astonished when I returned an hour later to find the car had failed due to 'tyre pressure monitoring system malfunctioning or obviously inoperative'.
The system was working fine and indicating the tyre I had discussed earlier was below recommended pressure.
After a long heated debate I got them to agree to put air in the tyre, establish that the tyre monitoring system was working fine and do a retest. I had to wait another hour before I came away with a pass certificate. Needless to say I will not be going back there to have the slow leak investigated. This is either dishonesty or a need for further training, hopefully its the latter.

A quick and easy booking which was also good on the pocket!
Only problem is there was no call to say the MOT was complete.
Excellent service in the branch though.

Took car in (Cheltenham branch) as it recently passed MOT for all tyres, but one tyre had a slow leak. Was told that thee of the four tyres needed replacing (even though they just passed the MOT). Decided to get them done anyway. First off, they broke one (obviously can't prove this) of the pins of the locking wheel nut for my alloy wheels and also they did not fit the two front tyres properly. So, both front tyres had slow leaks! What this resulted in was me having to pay over £100 to get the old wheel bolts removed and to get the seal for the rims redone as they were leaking. Have complained twice as well and they don't bother to respond. Awful service.

Booked car in for MOT on-line with voucher that saved more than 25% on standard price. Car completed within an hour and received a call to collect. Easy process and handy local depot within easy walking distance

Absolutely brilliant service. Dropped my 2010 Nissan Micra off at 08:30 with suspected rear wheel bearing faults. Shop test-drove my car and rang me back at 09:30 confirming my suspicion.

Picked the car up at 13:00 with a new set of rear wheel bearings and brakes cleaned. Car is significantly quieter since I got it back, handles amazingly well and brakes perform well.

Super happy with the service from F1 - the team were absolutely brilliant at keeping me informed, didn't have to chase them at all. Will be returning. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I bought a gas refilling service on 07/17/2022 am, I came in person, I found out that I will have a replacement only tomorrow, I did not call, I bought the service for today am, I will never use this company I do not recommend

I popped in on spec to the Cheltenham Autocentre on Saturday around 11.30am as I had a warning light come up on my mini about my tyres! I was invited back at 2.30pm and my car was then taken to the ramps to have each tyre checked... Great news... no puncture, and the young man just topped all my tyres up with air... the whole experience last about 30mins and when they had finished with my car they then insisted that the work was 'free of charge' as a gesture of goodwill on this occasion...

Suffice to say, when I do need new tyres, or any other work done on my mini, I'll head to Cheltenham.

Got my Aircon recharged at a great price. It is now working well which is a lifesaver in the hot weather.

I went to their branch in Cheltenham. It is easy to find, easy to park up in front of their workshop and lots of shops nearby and eateries to pass the wait time.

Will go there again.
