Great service from booking on line right through to driving away with new tyres. The price was the lowest around staff were really friendly. The waiting area was comfy I will be using formula one for my servicing and MOT going forward I will recomend to anyone

This was my second visit to the Coventry branch. This time my car had an interim service. The staff were polite and professional, clearly explained the job they were doing and the possible time it will take to complete.
On collecting my car the staff member provided feedback from the service and recommendations on my front tyre.
It was suggested that I looked on the website as they had some good deals, which I did and now in the process of booking in for my tyres to be fitted.

Highly recommend Coventry branch.

Staff are kind and polite however, I booked a full service and got an interim service instead. If I hadn't asked questions, I would have never known. I then realised that my wheel lock box was missing out of my boot. I found the lock in the glove compartment but no box. They also neglected to complete my service book.
Do not feel that I can recommend.

My BMW 1 series had a puncture (Run Flats) on the way to work. I rang, spoke with Jason (polite, helpful, professional) gave me correct postcode (different from website which needs changing). A guy did the repair quickly efficiently & it was great value BIG thank you!

Knowledgeable staff and fantastic customer service. Especially by Jason who knew the problem with my car from my description of the problems I was having and did his best to get the repairs carried out as fast as possible.
