I've had full service and MOT done. My experience was very smooth. MOT failed at first but everything has been sorted and passed within the next day. The branch manager Tony was friendly, informative and helpful.
After all I would recommend this place and won't hesitate coming back if needed.

Managed to get my pads and disks done the day after booking in. Tony nunes helped me out at the front desk and was very helpful. Quick and easy will definitely be returning

We recently encountered a major inconvenience on our way back from our holidays when we got a flat tire. Thankfully, we found ourselves near F1 Autocentres in Crawley and, despite it being after hours, they were incredibly accommodating.

A big shoutout to Mark, who went above and beyond to help us out. He not only stayed late to assist us, but he also displayed exceptional expertise and friendly service. He quickly replaced our punctured tire, ensuring we could get back on the road safely and efficiently.

Mark's professionalism and willingness to help even outside of regular working hours truly saved the day. Thanks to his amazing service, what could have been a stressful situation ended up becoming a positive experience.

Hi I came into the Crawley Branch and asked if I could have 1 minute of their time to hear my engine. The manager there was so rude to me and very rude to his OWN staff. The Manager declined my request and stormed off away from me with an attitude.However the staff said he was free at the moment even though he looked like he was busy. He was very helpful and refused the tip I offered. Didn’t catch his name but I wish there was more people like the staff.

Mark Cooper at the Crawley branch is amazing.

What a great service he and his team provide.

Mark was very busy, but done his best to fit me in and address the issue my van had, as I needed it addressed asap due to work.

He is very professional, competent and always smiling and gives 110% to satisfy my family and I, as we have three vehicles at his branch.

FormulaOne are fortunate to have him, as he is a great ambassador to their company and my family and I feel I safe hands with him.

My exhaust fell off so I needed help quickly.
Mark was very informative and took a look at the problem and called me back as promised.
He gave me a quote over the phone with everything explained.
Car dropped off at service centre as agreed in the morning and all fixed by early afternoon as promised.
Can’t fault the work done or the customer service of Mark.
The honest pricing and excellent customer service that is offered in Formula One Crawley will secure anyone who uses them.

I would like share my very disappointed experience from the centre.

first of all i booked my vehicle , and the person who took the booking he did not book at all on system when i reached to centre the guy from reception told that there is no booking for me . which is not fair at all , when i requested him to fit me , been told that they are fully booked but they can repair my vehicle at another time on the same day , so I agreed to do that .

centre could not repair my vehicle bcoz some the part needed to be change , so they said I need to book again . so I booked again ,

this is really funny when I reach to centre the guy said they don't mechanic to repair the car so they cant fix the car ,

here he should have inform me first thing when he found that he don't have mechanic to fix the car .

today I left again to repair my car when I try to contact no one answering the call

Found a price on WhoCanfixMyCar but it seemed cheap so phoned up and spoke to Paul who walked through the quote and said it should be £300 but the best he could do without losing money would be £200. I agreed and booked direct with them. Went to pick up the car this morning and was told £310. After saying "no you agreed £200" he put the clip board back on the rack and said pay it you can't have your car. He did adjust the price down a bit but not to what we had agreed. he said someone else had change the price on the system and that he couldn't do anything, even though he had just adjusted it!
Paul was very calm as if he does this all the time and keeps referring to you as "Buddy" while patronising you. You have no other option to pay if you want your car back.
He then threatened to remove the parts from the car.

I went in today to see if my air con could be re gassed. I had no appointment but was told there was no problem with me leaving it and they would call me when it was done. About an hour later, I had a call from Paul ( the manager I think) to tell me my pollen filter was really bad and would I like them to change it too(he showed me it when I went back). This would apparently benefit the system. Well, I can tell you now...I'm glad I listened to him. The difference is amazing. Thank you Paul. Keep up the good work, you obviously know what you are talking about. Your whole team were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely appalling customer service from the F1 Autocenters Crawley branch. I contacted them regarding an issue with Cooper tyres and was completely ignored. Spoke to Darren who promised to help but never followed up. Adam did the same thing. Both lied and shifted blame. Felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist me. Tried contacting the manager directly as advised by customer service but got intercepted. No one took accountability. Just a total waste of my time.

I wrote to F1's customer service to make them aware of how poorly I was treated but they didn't even have the decency to respond. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

Stay away from this branch if you want anything done properly and don't expect any customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. Cooper Tyres should also be made aware of how poorly their customers are being treated here.

Customer service at Crawley branch was excellent. Got me out of a very sticky situation after being let down by Asda Tyres twice, even to the point of saving me money. Will definitely recommend Crawley branch.

17 plate with 20.000 miles for a arm suspension bushes what I believe was a make up fault by the garage
Never receive any update about your car and when you call they shouting at you.

I had pre booked & paid for an MOT & full service well in advance on Tuesday 21 March & dropped the car off at 0830. I was told to collect at 1730. On arrival at 1730 I was told that the MOT had been booked in by them at 1530 so they hadn’t had time to do the service. Surely if I’ve booked in advance & pre paid then my car should have had priority over walk-ins! I then had to take my car back to them the following Saturday to have the service at great inconvenience. The manager was very polite but the service was not good enough.

Never trust these clowns at Crawley, I had two tyres sent to them from Asda to be fitted along with wheel alinement. British car with French plates. Tyres not fitted but put into back of car, told by fitter that they could not get the wheel nuts off. Only two people working that day so I think they thought they could fob me off. Have tried to claim the money they took off of me for fitting and alinement but to no avail. Their on line advert says they are a member of The Motor Ombudsman but when I complained to them I was told they were not a member. Still trying to get my refund and still getting fobbed off big time.

Update. The clowns are even worse as the email address they have supplied keeps getting bounced back as undelivered.

Update 3.4.23 Refund paid into my account on15.3.23. All accounts settled at long last

I took my car in for service, it was not done yet I was charged for it.
I went back to the Crawley store twice only to be fobbed off as “they had no mechanics” available!
I emailed head office, lady said area manager would get back to me- week later still waiting, - avoid this business at all cost- stick to your main dealer, at least you know your car will be looked after

Aftersales and customer support is very important. My car was repaired, serviced and MOTed without issue. The car was with the company all day. The next week, I received a parking fine (the car was on-site with Formula One for over 2 hours). After mailing and talking with Formula One, they remained ineffective as sorting out the issue. Today, a follow-up letter arrived from parking control (UKPC). At a loss, I've paid the fine. IMO, service providers need to take ownership of the entire customer experience and in this case, I feel let down by the company.

I was led a merry dance, trying to get an MOT. Having booked a weekend slot, I was called to advise they don't test on weekends (website issue, but no apology), so the following Friday was booked. Having taken a day off work for this, when I arrived, there was no booking made. whilst at the site, i requested, and was provided a new booking for the following Friday at 3pm, however when I called to confirm, on the day, (having been let down twice), they said the appointment was meant to be at 11.30 am, and the vehicle was not available (I had a written confirmation of the time), and they rescheduled for the following Friday. Needless to say, I called the web admin, and cancelled, requesting a refund, and booked at a competitor garage.
