Took an unpaid day off work to have a full service and MOT completed. During the booking in stage I stated the spark plugs are overdue and to please change them during the service.

When I went to collect the vehicle to my disappointment the plugs had not been completed but they did offer to make another appointment for these to be completed on another date.

I wasn’t overly pleased that I would have to give up my time again for this and asked if I would be charged labour again and told no.

They then quoted me £116 to change plugs despite the correct plugs for this vehicle from a Nissan main dealer are only around £5 each!! (4 off required)

I turned down there offer and will not use them again as they are unreliable.

The paperwork I was presented with also states there was no spare tyre and it wasn’t checked despite the fact there is one and it’s easily accessible, this does make me wonder what else hasn't been done.

Right from the start the guys were fantastic! Polite at counter, took car in with no pre booking, very quick and happy and smiley to give car back all fixed. All in the space of 30 minutes. Thank you 🤩

Excellent service as always. Further to my prior experience with them I went for a service and brake noises. Sean was very friendly and helpful advised me that the brake disc and pad needs changing and once changed showed me the parts that they change which I think was very good of him. Would use their services again. The staff are very helpful especially Sean

I bought a tyre online and the night before I took it in I picked up a nail in a different tyre. They fitted the tyre I bought and repaired the other one despite not having any real notice prior to my appointment. Very professional and good customer service and excellent price, would defo use again and recommend.

Sean and the team were fantastic. Absolutely lovely and friendly, even allowed me time to pop home to get my wheel locking nut, that I left in my tool box!

Excellent service ordered tyres through a third party and they weren’t delivered. The lovely guy in customer service managed to get me other tyres for a better price

Sean is a true Star. He is without doubt the most helpful, accomodating and attentive person that I have ever come across in a repair Centre, including any main dealerships and many brands experienced! Sean went out of his way to source 2 non standard size tyres and had them fitted later the same day! Fantastic service from start ro finish and Sean is undoubtedly a credit to and fine ambassador for Formula 1.

Sadly had three new tyres put on after my MOT (From my local garage).
After 6 weeks both my front wheels came loose as they did not torque them properly. This was discovered by my local garage after juddering and knocking noise, the wheel nuts were loose.
The manager of the Farnborough branch was argumentative and aggressive, kept talking over me, even though I was polite and pretty calm given such a serious situation.
My car had not been seen by any other garage or mechanic within those 6 weeks.
Their mechanic also tried to sell me two track rod ends claiming one was broken, saying 'it will come up on your mot' to which I replied 'It's just been mot'd"!!
He also said they need to be done in pairs, when I asked my local garage they said this was BS!
So Not carrying out their duty of care, as in tightening wheels effectively.
Not offering me my free wheel balance and trying to scam me for two unnecessary track rods.
Not compensating me for wear and tear on new tyres because of their negligence.
I also had to wait 1 hour 15 mins to have 3 tyres put on, even though I had a booked slot and arrived early!
Rubbish Service.
At the very least I hope they check their equipment for the sake of others.
Will NOT be back.

Was having a issue with my tyre and called them straight away appointed was booked in straight away.They had a look and figured the issue. Problem was fix within minutes of waiting. Can't ask for a better and quick service. Will highly recommend for any car related issues.

Such a great garage and easy to get everything sorted, Sean was excellent top man. Highly recommend this place

The only place I’d take my car. I take mine and my partners car to this garage and they are always really helpful, knowledgeable and do what they can to fit you in. Really well managed garage!

One star as its not possible to give zero. Turned up 15 mins early for my 830am tyre fitting slot. On arrival I said I was there for my tyres, gave my reg, then the guy point blank refused to fit my tyres! Even though I was booked in online, had the email confirmation and receipt. Saying he didn't have to accept any online jobs if he didn't want to. He didn't so much as check tyre stock or anything, just said he didn’t have to do the job as it was booked online. Why an earth accept online bookings to refuse them. So now I have wasted a morning and am booked in with a different garage next week. I wish idd seen the horrible reviews on here before wasting my time here in the 1st place.

Went in with a puncture in tyre it was meant to be appointment only but was able to fit me in straight away. While fixing the tyre I asked them to look at the brakes to see if they was okay done a quick visual check and told me there was a lot off brake dust on them offered me a free brakes service the following week very happy with the services thanks Sean

Super quick and efficient service on a Sunday, when another well known company said I'd have to leave my car with them for the day. Five * for these guys

Wrong side of axle repaired and wheels not aligned afterwards. Car was repaired yesterday (04/03). Not only did the mechanics exchange the wrong part (left side front axle instead of the damaged right side front axle), they also didn't align the wheels after the repair was done. This means we are still driving with a damaged part (which shouldn't have been damaged in the first place), not aligning the wheels is also dangerous. The front wheels literally point in the opposite direction. Car has to go again into the garage today (F1 Camberley) as we refuse to use F1 Farnborough again. Luckily my husband discovered this on a local slow traffic road and not on the M25. This could have had serious consequences. How can you be so careless. Very bad service. We will never use you again.
Edit: Camberley branch did not want to rectify the mess caused by F1 Farnborough. Car is now in an independent garage who was able to correct the original mistake made by F1 Farnborough. Camberley branch, Jeep Chrysler and independent garage all confirmed that parts were wrongly fitted by F1 (photos as evidence available). Contacted CS with photos, receipts and a complete timeline of events but today, after nearly a full week, absolute silence from CS, meaning that we will have to involve the ombudsman to receive compensation for loss of earnings and to cover the costs for additional parts that had to be bought due to F1 fitting parts wrong.

Took my car in for tracking to be done and they found and sorted out a serious fault with my car. They took the time out to work out what was wrong and to fix it so it wouldn't be dangerous to drive. Can't thank them enough. Fully recommend booking ur car with them.
