I was recovered by Rac to Formula one Autocentres at 12.30 noon for a split in my thermostatic housing unit. They were able to source the part, fit it and have it ready by 5pm same day... brilliant service!! Thank you so much to Alan and his team for going above and beyond.

The assistant manager was excellent.He was so helpful.honest and tried his best for all his customers not just myself. In my case he was knowledgeable about the condition of my car . Tried to help to get it repaired and a solution to resolve the situation. He was all for helping me save money and finding the right diagnosis of the problem. Even when I went to collect the car he was still trying to help . He was curtious and very professional on the phone nothing was too much trouble. He also enjoyed his work and that shone through. He was a credit to the company . Will definitely go back to use that garage again I felt able to ask questions and not treated as a fool. As a women sometimes we are when we know nothing about cars. I felt he was on my side and if it didn't need doing then it wasn't going to be . Thank you for a very memorable experience for all the right reasons.

Lovely Alan fitted us in following an emergency the day after we had one with my daughter’s car. On a Sunday it is especially great to know there is somewhere where you can go. Excellent friendly service.

Booked my car in for a full service on 25.5.24. Shortly after picking my car up I noticed a grinding from the back of my vehicle.
Got another garage I was passing to have a look, they found the n/s rear pads were metal to metal. As a result the car has been left with the garage for repair.
I am a driving instructor and as a result I have lost a days pay plus inconvenienced my pupils.
Absolutely shocking service to give me my vehicle back in a dangerous condition

Mark at f1 hastings was a gentleman and a scholar.
Whilst in for a mot Mark found that a headlight bulb ( which was working perfectly on the journey to the mot station) was not working. At 3.39pm ON A FRIDAY mark offered to change the bulb there and then for me so it could pass its mot ( having passed everything else).
This he did and then surprised me further by saying “no charge”. He had fitted a used but perfectly working bulb that was lying around the shop so he didn’t need to charge me.
This absolutely never happens these days ANYWHERE because everyone wants to make an extra buck where possible.
Mark not only fixed it for free instead of going home early but it meant I didn’t have to come back for a retest.
Kudos to you Mark for being such a helpful and down right nice man.
All my garage needs will be here from now on.

Recent MOT and repair I've used them for ages, very pleasant staff and pleased with work done,but I've noticed a dink in the bonnet that wasn't there when I washed it. It's in a very prominent position that is seen every time I look at it now I know it's there. The car is old but I know every scratch & dink on it this isn't one of mine.

Just felt let down

Recently had tyres and MOT at Hastings branch, Brandon was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I waited for over an hour in the waiting area and his interaction with everyone that came in or telephoned was spot on. Very impressed.

Have been taking my cars here for a couple of years now, Was kept updated with progress on vehicle as was in for MOT and service.
Only let down was Eurocar parts, could have delivered quicker, so not F1s fault. Helpful and friendly young lad on reception.

Husband booked car in for driver window to be fixed. Got told to bring it in at 9am. Called them at 1pm. Hadn’t even be started. Called at 4:30pm to be told it would be ready next day. After speaking to a not very happy member of staff it was agreed to pick the car up next day. Collected car (no fee). However got home and could not open drivers door. So husband had to fix this himself. Also got quoted before Xmas to do a B service on my car. Went to book it and was told it would now be an additional £45 and an added extra £25 for ‘specialist’ oil. I’ve been using the garage for a couple of years but change to staff has shown an obvious decline in customer service and ability to do the work.
