All staff here were so helpful and explained everything they were doing with my car so that I understood. They were very accommodating with booking me in last minute and I can’t thank them enough! I’ve been using this garage for a couple of years now and will continue to use them for my car troubles.

Massive thank you to everyone at the Malvern centre, especially Kevin for the sound system tune up, it's never sounded better. MOT and full service completed quickly and I was kept informed throughout.

Spoke to AJ on Saturday about booking my car in to have new brake discs and pads all round fitted and new tyre's was able to book it in for today (Monday) he advised that the rear tyre's were ok so just the front one's. I dropped the car off at 08:30 this morning and by 16:00 it was all done they had another 6 cars booked in for today for brake replacement as well as their normal trade and all were done today. On top of the brakes and tyre's they changed the antifreeze, did the tracking and visually checked everything else. My car is a 1 series BMW and they did all this work in the time they said and at the quote cost which was a fraction of what BMW would have charged.
I would highly recommend them to everyone so polite, cheerful, professional and a amazing team, see you soon to have the front shock absorbers done and then a service,,,, so so happy.

Had two new rear tyres. The front were low and on the cusp of needing replacement too. Best price around. However traction control kicked in immediately afterwards. They had the car back to check their work and that nothing had been damaged or had dislodged. I suggested two new tyres on the front might cure the problem but they thought not. They did not take advantage and push for an extra sale. I took the car away. Still had traction control kicking in on corners. They suggested having it back and trying two new front tyres and let me take the car for a test drive before paying. It worked. Brilliant service. No pressure for any extra work at any time and both times the best price around.

The Team at Malvern could not have been more helpful.
This week they sorted out the punctures on my BMW.

The Malvern branch of F1 have always been spot on. Recently had a lot of work completed to a vehicle and they have been nothing short of great. Always rushed off their feet, yet able to accommodate.

The Manager is polite, straightforward and always fair. Any concerns are always addressed.

Look for reviews of individual branches. Ignore 1 star reviews of other locations. They aren't all the same. This one has been brilliant for us.

Dropped in to Formula One Autocentre Malvern with loss of coolant. AJ and the boys had the car on the ramp and diagnosed with a faulty water pump within 5 mins. AJ gave me a quote and ordered the pump. Booked it in for next day. Dropped off and work finished within 2 hours. An amazing service by AJ and the lads out back. Thank you for a quick and honest service.

I went there in mid January for clutch cost blow my mind , it take five days to complete never once keep informed, it take one week for me to receive receipts by email , all that wrong details on there , then went back to fix thermostat and seal cost for two hours ridiculous I was there when item arrives not two hours job, third time which my car couldn’t drive to the garage they come to me taken three days , in rush and dusk to fix antifreeze bottle in the car , that receipt till waiting over week now silly really. I tell you he’s taken in too much running that branch as manger seven days . Althou I went back and show him the mistake he just stamp it and it’s valid, my receipt for two jobs details but confusing. One thing I should never never again I will go there, as I was contacted by regional Manager issue now resolved

Just excellent customer service. My daughter was upset after a minor collision quite near the Malvern branch and AJ and his staff handled the situation brilliantly - sorting our the car and supporting my daughter.

Lovely guys helped me out here yesterday. I was on my way to a funeral 150 miles away and my coolant warning light came on and message said stop and sort immediately. I was very stressed but close to F1 so I pulled in and asked if they could help. They were super. Calming and caring. Checked and sorted the issue with a check and some fluid straightaway - and didn’t charge me. Hope that doesn’t get them into trouble but hopefully the recognition for a kind deed and recommendation is worth more than the cost of a bit of fluid! Thank you.

Had my BMW X3 serviced at main dealer. They advised me I had nail in NSR and it could not be repaired, asked me to agree to £199 for replacement tyre. I declined and visited local Formula One Autocentre. AJ ordered new tyre for me but upon removing the old tyre they determined they could repair it. Total cost to me was £22.99 saving me over £170. Excellent professional service.

This morning I had my best ever experience at a garage. I needed new pads on the rear brakes. AJ and the team did the work immediately and took the time to show me the old pads and brake discs, which were clearly corroded and worn. I was kept informed throughout by AJ, and when the final cost came to significantly more than his verbal quote, AJ voluntarily discounted to achieve his verbal price. As a woman I've never felt so safe, included and valued at a garage.

Malvern branch.
Had my wheel alignment with camber done at some other place but needed to replace the tyres because of the wear cause it was off. Found the best price at F1autocentres my local Malvern branch. As a free option there was wheel alignment check so I bought it. Once came to pick my car I was told that the alignment is miles out and they could offer me a discount and do it for £80. That sounded dodgy because it was done not that long ago but booked it anyway with some other garage because they were much cheaper and it appears everything was spot on. I have been shown everything was green. I have been told lies by F1autocentres, there is a chance they haven't even measured it as I wasn't given the print out. All this was to charge me £80 extra. Never ever again. Please be careful about free checks offered by them

Soon after posting the review I have been contacted by the local manager apologising and promised to send me some money off vouchers. Couple of weeks later nothing arrived
