Used formula one many times and have never once had anything to complain about. Always friendly and helpful. We usually use Crewe but due to them not able to do MOTs at the minute we were offered Newcastle. Pleased with the service we have received from both and will always use either of them.

Thanks to the staff this morning when I called in with object in tyre resulting in a flat! Repaired the tyre while I waited, excellent service guys.

These guys have literally kept me on the road with their easy pay installments on MOT's I went to the Newcastle Under Lyme branch and they were superb!! As a female who knows nothing about cars their transparency was refreshing, nothing was too much trouble - absolutely outstanding - i will definitely be recommending to friends and colleagues

I booked My car in for an oil and filter change, on pick up they gave me a list of jobs that apparently needed to be done on the car. Coming to total of £675. Since iv had the car back its loosing power to the engine, the car is pulling back. None of this was happening before i took the car to this garage! I would definitely not recommend this place.

F1 maybe their name but don’t be misled. F1 teams can change 4 tyres in just over 2 seconds F1 autocentre in Newcastle, staffs took 2 hours to fit 2!
Despite being booked in online, confirmed by phone and given a specific timed appointment, it still took 2 long hours. watching staffs wandering around, smoking in the doorway mostly doing nothing. I was not alone, another customer in the waiting room 2 hours for a
puncture repair. It wasn’t busy, there was plenty of staff mostly doing nothing. The phone was ringing off the hook which explains while I couldn’t get through the previous day. Once I got home I discovered both front wheels have nasty scratch marks on them. I should try and phone them but they just don’t answer the phone and I have already wasted enough of my life. Never again, never again will I use this company. Avoid at all costs.
