I went there to change my tires hmm I’m not sure where should I start from?!!
First when I’m arrive not very friendly, not really communicate they just said take a seat and I was waiting long time to actually they was starting do the work. Then I drove away and I find out later on the little weight what they put on the tires to balance it, has come off. Because they never cleaned properly to stack on properly what they done they take of the old one and put on the new one so all the dirt etc. So I went back and showed them and explained they what happened and they was not really helpful but they was agreeing with. So the car went back again to do properly but they do same as before take old ones out never clean put new one on absolutely lazy never care. So I went back again explained etc they do same problem one guy was there only that person was friendly and he said sorry I’m totally understand you and can sort out your situation but I can’t because I’m having a day of so I can’t go inside the garage.so I just give up and go other garage and they sort out properly cleaned etc well done to other garage.!

Had a puncture/ tyre and with help of RAC/ Formula One located on the Watlington Road/ Cowley branch - both combined and top quality service - Jude on the front desk handled my call query from start to finish very professional and friendly service - highly recommend.

Puncture repaired same day bank holiday excellent service with a coffee staff fantastic will be using them again

Awful customer service. Two tyres ordered 6 days before my appointment. An hour and an half into the appointment I receive a call from the manager stating that they have removed my existing tyres and do not have the tyres in stock. The managers customer service skills were extremely poor. He even swore at me when I collected my vehicle avoid the Oxford branch at all costs. I am still awaiting communication from head office for them to review the recorded phone calls. Surely common sense would tell you to check your stock for the day so that you can cancel an appointment. And would you not check the stock before removing the existing tyres?

I do not recommend this rude Garage. I went there to get my tyres changed & Wheel alignment. I was with my kids and they said they are short staffed and it shall take more than 2 hours to change tyres and wheel alignment. What on earth? This is a job for an hour max. I got it done else where in an hour. They were so rude in their response and said leave it or cancel the booking. I was very polite and asked them they should have contacted me if they are short staffed. I rang asda tyres and said if any garage is short staffed they should not take the orders. ASDA & F1 Auto Centre in Oxford have let me down. Please do not go anywhere near this Garage.

After booking an appointment on line for 9 am Saturday for 4 new tyres we arrived at the garage as instructed by web site to arrive 15 minutes early on arrival being told there were 3 other cars waiting as well for tyres all booked in for 9 am with only 2 fitters on we are still sat in a cold dirty waiting room at 11.30 waiting for job to be finished we will not be using this Garage again the service is dreadful

Booked my car in for MOT and brake fluid change. They did the MOT but only told me on collection their machine to do the fluid change had broken. They failed to prewarn me and expected me to bring car in again. Half a mile down the road after collection I was flagged down to be warned half my exhaust was stuffed and blocked with rags.
I complained to head office and to be fair a manager called me straight away apologising and offered to refund the MOT and fluid change - which they did. He also promised to contact to rearrange the fluid change FOC. I'm still waiting.
This is the 3rd poor experience with them and can't see a reason to continue spending my money there.

Superb response and friendly service from Bob and his team when we needed help with our car. Despite being busy they took the necessary time to check our car over. Recommended without hesitation.

Booked for Aircon gas refill and clean up online. However the online portal taken payment for the branch cowley center in oxford, which i assumed that system must have acknowledge that service is provided in that branch.

Rang them to confirm the, time prompt answer was they don't do it there and they will process the refund.I badly needed the aircon refilled as it chose to ran out on very hot weather and had to travel with two little kids of age 1 & 3. Had i known the day before i didnot had to cancel my plans and would have gone somewhere else despite of getting hugely disappointed.
Still waiting for my money to be refunded, rang the customer service the & got one sentence answer that they are sorry. I guess no further action will be taken.
Avoid it if you can.

booked the car 21 days ago for an MOT and service! turned up and have been told there is no MOT tester and had to go back another day and the same results. I have been there almost every day including 2 Saturdays.they have ordered wrong parts and eventually when they told me everything was fixed and I paid the bill in full. They said all I needed to pop in and retest and get the car with MOT done.left the car with them and went back to see the manager in disbelief to say it has failed.1.32 pm and need to pickup my child from school 15 miles from here and still no news of the car. I have already spent over £100 on taxis and have disturbed all friends asking for favour to get lift...very stressful, not to be trusted, won't go back and will let all friends and relatives know.

now day 22, my car still at the formula 1 garage in Oxford, had a phone call from the garage to say they could order the parts if i paid another £259.00 on top of the £300.00 when i have been told the car is fully fixed and was ready to pass the MOT. they have broken the car at retest and the duty manger accepted on Wed the 26 the responsibility as this had happened on site, but now the manager is not coming on the phone and they don't want to take responsibility. the car was driving perfectly but doesn't move now! feeling like have been taken hostage by them.

My first visit to Oxford and my car decided to start screaming my tires are not ok so the first garage we found was F1 Autocentres.
Mind you, I am a super new driver so I was a bit worried but then Stephen who worked there literally looked at the car and in a few minutes it was all done and dusted and I could continue with my journey! You really made my day, Stephen! Many many thanks for the positive service!

The best service and faultless booking process and unbeatable prices for Perrelli P-Zero tyres. The staff were professional and polite. I would use it again without hesitation. They made changing tyres a smooth experience. The manager was professional and catered to all my needs. I travelled 18 miles but would do it again because of the price and service. Mr Thompson
