Rang up the Telford, Shropshire branch with worries about a knocking on my Audi Q3. Asked me to drop it down the same day and gave me a diagnosis with quote via email as requested the same day! Gave them the go ahead after confirming with my warranty company. Car was ready within a few hours, with an invoice addressed to the warranty company as requested! Couldn't have asked for a more friendly, efficient service! Thank you so much. Highly recommended

I had my tyres and tracking done at Formula One Autocentres - Telford and was assisted by Ian who was Thorough, helpful, professional and the job was done in a timely manner, the centre is very accessible from my work and Ian was prepared to let me drop my car off slightly earlier leaving me with enough time to get to work but I didn't end up doing that but it was good that I was given the option - Thank you Ian for your wonderful kind service.

I have been going to John for about 8 years, with both mine and my mother's vehicles for MOT, servicing, tyres and all other work as and when required. Exceptional customer service, great prices and excleelnt workmanship.

Having recently used formula 1 for an oil leak and then my mot I found the lads there very helpful and knowledgeable especially when it came to the leak and sourcing the problem. All very polite and couldn’t help enough credit to the formula 1 franchise will defo recommend and use again.

Well what can I say if carlsberg did garages this it ,the lads go above and beyond to get you back on the road at the best possible price and in the quickest time special mention to the tech .little guy in the woolly hat .really is a top garage in Telford .

Had gone in for 2 tyres but ended up needing 4, they also did my tracking. Even though i had only bought 2 tires online they had 2 extra tyre in stock. After leaving a bad review last time my experience this time was overall good and the manager was helpful giving me the online discount even though I bought in store.

Car was serviced & MOT. Service was ok, but carried out unessary work ie replaced windscreen wipers which didn't need replacing (original ones were less than 12 months old). Felt ripped off just to make their sales targets. Won't use them again

My BMW failed MOT (different garage) due to excessive play in ball joint and was quoted over £300 for replacement, I drove into F1 wellington, Telford and spoke to John the manager, asked for a quote, took my keys and 10 mins later said “all fixed” no charge, just needed tightening up, absolutely outstanding service, could have easily taken advantage, 100% honest guy, will definitely take both my cars back when I need anything doing, enjoy the coffee and biscuits guys 👍👍

Had a blow out on the m54 and when i called the AA they were unable to help. John at Formula one was fantastic and stayed late just to sort out our tyre and get us back on the road. Couldnt have asked for more absolutely first class service ✨️✨️✨️

This garage managed to fit me in Christmas week after being let down by another garage and having a bad experience with the owner. Formula one were proper gentlemen and so helpful! I can't praise them enough. Such good service and communication throughout and I would highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again as they don't overprice and make you feel very valued as a customer! Well done Formula one you give a 5 star service!

Unexpected puncture the day before important business travel. The technicians were on to it immediately. Sourced a tyre and offered to do the job there and then, or first thing next morning, which they did. Comparable price. Total efficiency, an all round excellent service. Thank you

What fabulous service! I had a problem with my brakes, called at 2.30pm and spoke to John, who told me to bring my car straight down. I was called back within half an hour with the problem diagnosed and my car was fixed and returned to me by 5.00pm. I would definitely recommend Formula One Telford.
