Took my car to enquire about the tracking on Good Friday, they booked me in for later that afternoon, took it back in, was there about an hour, they started the wheel alignment, then took it out for a test drive, wanted to adjust it a little more which they did, took it out again to test it, was spot on. Friendly bunch of guys which were also very knowledgeable, pleasant experience using them for the first time. Thank you.

With the exception of the price of tyres online, i would say my experience was shocking. Poor customer service when arrived at centre in wellingborough, I was told they were slightly behind, even though I had a pre-booked appointment. I take slightly behind as 10/20 minutes, they had my car whilst I ate across the road for 1hour 40min to have two tyres fitted that were already in store. I get they are not as fast as an F1 team, but come on.............

And no apology when collecting the car or even a phone call to say sorry its taking so long. Even more, I am still waiting on a the receipt he said I would receive via email. 😡

Excellent service super efficient really good experience

Took our car in for service and MOT, when collected there was 3 dents in side of door. They took a photo and said they would review CCTV to see what had happened and get back to us. Guess what, heard nothing at all from them, so if you happy to leave your car with them and ok that they don't care what happens to customers cars, think twice.

I’m blown away by the service I received today. Visiting the area for the first time & for only one night with another 3 hour journey the next day for a family special birthday, I ran into car trouble. 2 other garages couldn’t help due to staff/stock issues. One of the garages recommend I try Formula One Autocentres. This says a lot too I think. I rang first speaking to Josh giving him my full dilemma. He was really helpful going out of his way to help on a Saturday afternoon. He made me feel like I could trust he was there to help & I was in good hands despite the outcome being unknown as to the problem or how it was all going to play out. I can honestly say he went above & beyond to make sure I’d be able to continue my journey & he didn’t disappoint. He was kind, polite & had a calming manner about him. He explained everything well too. He is a real credit to Formula One! Thank you again. One happy customer!

Took my car here a month ago for routine service and MOT. No issues at drop off.

They called me to tell me MOT failed and needed new brakes, fine by me. Authorised to proceed. However, they also claimed there was a light on the dash and an error message on the screen which had not been present on drop-off. They gave me a list of advisories with a combined total of almost £1,300. I was doubtful of the lights so did not authorise the recommended diagnostic.

On collection sure enough there was a light and error so the following day I took it to the Kettering branch and authorised the diagnostic. They initially could not find any issues and suggested I use Redex and premium fuel going forward and sent me on my way, only to have the engine begin to start struggling and stalling shortly after leaving them. To cut a long story short, I was without my vehicle for two additional days, missed two days of work and paid for a diagnostic I shouldn't have needed because Wellingborough branch had taken out my MAF sensor during the service and not put it back in properly.

Following a complaint I did recieve a refund for the diagnostic. However, I was also told I would recieve vouchers for discounts on future work. These were never received.

I would urge caution to anyone considering using this company. Their incompetence caused my vehicle to break down and put me in a dangerous position.

We went in to get two rear tyres fitted as previous garage advised they needed doing urgently. Along with wheel alignment and brakes to be checked, again advised needed doing urgently by another garage. After a check they came out to say that my tyres and brakes were fine and gave me a refund for the tyres I had ordered in advance. They were really honest about the condition of the car and showed me what he meant with the tyres. They were friendly and knowledgeable and despite being very busy and short staffed took the time with me. We will definitely be using them for my next service and MOT.

I’d ordered a tyre online, and instead of just going for a straight replacement, the staff were proactive enough to offer to see if the tyre was repairable - which is was. So they refunded the internet order, leaving me only needing to pay for the repair which saved me about £70. Happy days.

I recently visited the kettering branch and was talking to the store manager, who was a genuine person. One of his colleagues came to see him and told him that the store had made no money today. With the store busy I ask what was meant by this. He explained that with the price promise on tyres the store had to make money else where not on tyres.
Around 6 months later the car needed rear breaks done. I contacted the Wellingborough branch, they gave me a quote on Disc and Pads which i excepted. Whilst my car was being repaired I had a call from Formula one saying that my Calipers needed replacing. When i ask for a quote it shocked me, £800+, they were very quick to offer a repayment plan. I couldn't afford to pay out right so i had no choice to get my car repaired as it was in bits in the garage. When i collected the car i asked to see the old calipers so i could get them tested, the garage replied that they had already been thrown in the bin and the bin had already been collected.
This is how they make the money to enable the tyres to be cheap, rip off some and reward others.

Had my rear discs and pads done a few weeks ago and had such a great service that I booked my car in for an MOT today. Luckily a flying pass with no issues at all. I'll be back again for more work!
