So I think the guys at f1 in worksop should get a new mot tester cos he's not very good at he's job couldn't open the bonnet on the wife's van so totally refused to do the mot ( which cost £37.50) so took it to kwik fit and the mot tester had no problem opening it so would highly recommend this garage instead

I travelled 5 hours up north, with bad rain when my windscreen wipers stopped, I went straight in and asked if they could help and they told my car and fixed it the following day, quick, fast and so kind. Customer service was amazing.

Visited Ethan at the Worksop branch. Fantastic service, efficient and really proffessional. Was not “sold to” but was supplied all the information I asked for to make my own informed decision. 2 new tyres and a very happy customer. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys, especially the Worksop branch, just next to Sainsbury’s. 10/10

Spoke with Ethan on Saturday 9th December about a problem with my daughters car. Ethan asked if I could bring it down Sunday morning as it was late in the day on the Saturday.
They were fantastic, diagnosing the fault and root cause, then sourcing parts and fitting a new calliper, discs and new brake fluid including tracking.
They stayed open an extra hour to complete the job. Excellent service and attention to detail to make sure everything was sorted.

I visited the Worksop center on Saturday, December 2nd, after experiencing a front left tire puncture in my Mercedes Benz. Despite their high level of busyness, they accommodated my request for a tire repair when I emphasized the urgency of the situation, as waiting until the following week was not feasible for me. Ethan, who performed the repair, did an excellent job. He went above and beyond by staying beyond closing hours to complete the task. Ethan demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout, maintaining a positive demeanor even late into the evening. I am sincerely grateful for their dedication and quality work. I highly recommend their services.

We had reason to call in at the Worksop branch with a tyre pressure issue. They sorted the problem while we waited. Really pleased with how we were dealt with. Thank you very much.

I thought I required a new battery, which would’ve cost over £300, on testing my existing battery I was assured I didn’t require a new battery. Nice to see honest business being done and not just trying to sell you stuff you don’t need.

These guys are brilliant! I took my car in as I had just bought it but it had a knocking noise coming from the front, they put it up on the ramps and did a thorough inspection for me as I was worried I'd got a dodgy car and it was lucky I bought it in as it was not road worthy and should never have passed an MOT! They were really good and listed everything that was wrong and showed me so I could go back to the dealer to try and sort it . They were really patient and explained what was wrong and wrote it down and quoted me for repairs that needed doing straight away and things that could wait. They are really helpful and friendly and I will always take my cars to them, couldn't find a better garage 👍

Always use Formula 1 for my Bridgestone tyres, and they do not damage my alloys. Brilliant service.

I ordered my tyre and booked an appointment to have it fitted later in the week at the Worksop branch. The whole process was quick and saved me a few bob. The staff were polite and very helpful. One slight niggle was after removing the locking wheel nut and contents from my glove box they failed to replace on completion, and were left on the passenger seat. Nothing major but sometimes its the little things?

Driving home from work when my car pulled to the left & noise from left hand side wheel.
Called my local Formula One Auto-centre at Worksop.
I was asked to bring the car in and the guys did a great job of identifying the problem and testing the car to check the issue was resolve.
This gave me the piece of mind to continue on with my travel safely.
Can’t thank them enough for the speedy assistance and help.

My elderly father took his car in for a service. The reception staff came to him during the service and said unfortunately both front shock absorbers needed replacing. My father pointed out they were changed at that exact location the year previous. Once they checked their systems they back tracked like Michael Jackson doing the moonwalk. Saying they were mistaken it was just water on the rubber gator not the shock absorber leaking. Be wary of these cowboys.
Update: a manager called me about my review and asked if they could inspect the car to make sure the shock absorbers were ok as they are still under warranty. They were deemed to be ok but as yet I’ve heard nothing back from the area manager.

Booked an Aircon clean and regas on line , paid and confirmed which centre I wanted to use and time.
Turned up and spoke to young guy in reception.
He then said ' We don't have any gas and your car is not on my system'. What?!!!
F1's system means you book online then telephone your chosen centre to book your vehicle in.
Other companies systems allows you to book online, confirm and turn up for your appointment.
Definitely will not use nor recommend F1 Autocentres.

The link sent by F1 Autocentres does not work.

As requested by F1 Autocentres through Trust Pilot, I followed their link and filled in the form provided. Still no contact after 2 days. On reading further reviews regarding this company, I realised that their answer to "contact our customer service so we can help with your complaint" is a generic answer and is the same every time someone complains. It would be interesting to know if anyone has ever been contacted following posting a review on this site.
Absolutely no confidence in them whatsoever. If they do contact me, I will post their reply.

I took my car in for an interim service which was fine but when they rang me they said it would need my front brake pads and discs and rear discs. However after enquiring about the legal limit on the rear discs and the area manager said it 1mm and mine were on 4mm. They gave me a quote of £600. I told them I couldn’t afford it. The Area Manager informed that I could pay using a payment plan. I said that I would be back after getting paid. I took my car to Halfords and they gave me a full written report stating that they didn’t need changing! Stay clear of Formula 1 Worksop!

Staff were really helpful. Got us in last minute for a brake issue. Put both staff members on the job to get it done as quick as possible when delivery was late.

Came in passing needed my radio sorting, was told that it’s not something that they do but the lad said that will have a quick look and see if he can do ote, with 5 mins my radio was out and back in all working, he didn’t even charge me, so happy!!!! Such a lovely young man,

My car battery died just outside the autocentre, and the mechanic was happy to jump my car and fit a new battery right then and there! It didn’t cost me greatly either!

Excellent customer service from the boys at Worksop branch.. big thanks to Brad too for a speedy turn around and getting my car back on the road
