Resposta da Fabness
Hi Johanna,
I am very sorry to hear of an issue.
I can see your order was shipped 17th June.
Tracked shipping was selected which states a shipping time frame of 5-7 Business days.
Tracking shows this was delivered in this time frame.
Regarding the engraving, this should have been received as was sown on the preview.
Please send an email to support@fabness.com.au with some photos showing the issue, and we will be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Amanda
