Both my salwar kameez and saree were good and as per the photos shown online on fabricoz website. I got a free stitching as promotion even for custom stitching which was a plus. Shipping was free too - wow.
I would definitely come back for shopping more in future.

Great products, prompt delivery and happy with the over services. Would recommend them to family and friends. Size, stitching were as I ordered. I'm ready to order again soon. The delivery is not as fast nowadays for covid reasons I think so giving 4stars otherwise it's worth 5 really.

Honestly I think this website may be a hit and miss. I ordered for the first time back in March just before india was placed on lockdown & my order has only just arrived now at the end of may. Nothing wrong with the lengthy wait obviously due to covid-19. Although I had been in contact quite a few times for updates and they were happy to reply. Once I learned India was now allowing shipments to leave internationally I began pressing for updates on my order. The Facebook account I was contacting (Fabricoz) was a little suss. Before I began pressing for updates they would reply within the day. But then they had read my enquiry without responding so I thought they were scamming me. Eventually, a customer service representative assured me my package was on the way and that auspost is open on saturdays in some towns etc. but they had actually sent a screenshot of a completely different receipt telling me that a random code was my tracking number. A misunderstanding and he/she sent the right one.

I ordered 2 customised salwar kameez suits. They both came quite similarly as pictured online which I was quite surprised as I had been reading a few awful reviews over the waiting period. So to open my much awaited package I was quite shocked as to how decent they looked & how similar/basically as pictured.

I ordered a mirror work suit, it came with extra beads/mirrors if needed. It is quite a heavy kameez (not complaining), the stitching is not bad, although I haven’t thoroughly investigated it yet. Id say it would be perfect had i of known/had experience with salwar kameez measurements for myself as these were my very first suits I’ve ever purchased. That is completely on myself and in no way Fabricoz fault.

The other suit was rather plain, not too much detailing just a little embroidery etc so pretty easy but the arm sleeves are very questionable. The fabric for the sleeves feels so itchy. And not nice like the mirror suit. The salwar is questionable as they stitched the naara to the salwar in a bow so you actually can’t tighten or undo the ‘bow’ because it’s literally stitched to the salwar. An easy fix but really? I’m not being fussy but it would be nice if they didn’t do that. I also noticed a piece of the salwar next to the bow where it wasn’t fully stitched to the end. Again no big deal and an easy fix but at the same time I spent over $100 on both suits, the least I expect is a properly sewn garment.

I would probably shop there again although I wish they had more salwar styled suits that are a little bit more of today’s style and not so dated but none the less it’s decent. I like that they have afterpay. I like that they respond to email and Facebook messenger. I would give 4 stars but their website is a little misleading. I understood that they were based in Australia hence why I opted to purchase them back in March but came to find out that they aren’t based in Australia & the only Australian part that’s true is that they send from India to Sydney then they ship it through auspost to your address. If I had of known that I wouldn’t of purchased tbh because you never know who’s out there to scam you, LUCKILY Fabricoz isn’t like that! Thanks Fabricoz for your help.

As for the other reviews that I read, I’m lucky I didn’t experience what they did and pretty happy with them.

They have a HORRIBLE customer service! The suits were not made according to the custom measurements provided. The stiching quality was absolutely horrendous! Overpriced! Also the color of the suits are way different than they appears on their website.

The only good thing about them is that at the beginning of your transaction they will respond to you super fast, but when you have a problem and go to them to solve the issue, they will stop communicating! When I asked for a refund, they decided to leave my messages and emails as seen and not reply. Initially I thought they were nice but they came out to be dishonest and rude who doesn't know professionalism and how to run a business fairly! DO NOT SPEND Money on them!

I would recommend Panashindia.com instead. They have a way more reliable customer service and products!
