Order not received
Had a bit of an issue when I first ordered (my fault) as I did not put the number house on my address so it was sent back to the warehouse. However I sent an email which got a bit lost however when I brought this issue up with Instagram message and email the issue was resolved and I was sent out a gift of goodwill for the inconvenience. Happy to now have my order and issue resolved.

Had a very minor issue with my order which was very quickly amended following a conversation with customer service. Cannot fault the products or the customer service which was provided!

NON existent customer services!!!
Ordered early January, item not delivered, tried multiple times to reach out to customer services with NO ANSWER!! Finally got a reply after commenting on every social post and they said I should speak to Royal Mail?? Even though i had said I’d already spoken to them who’d directed me back to them? Had no reply since! Not sure what’s going on? Is peaches and cream going bust? Love their products but devastated at the state of their customer services! Having to go down the legal route if I don’t hear anything else

Customer service non existent
Ordered the 50 brush set and brush cleaner the brushes are high quality and the bag they come in is water proof a like the divider as well though there was a crack down the side of it I wasn’t to bothered my brush cleaner wasn’t in with my package though even though it stated on the paper that it was meant to be I contacted them in three different ways and haven’t heard a thing back the customer service is nonexistent.

Avoid! Sent back a brush set first class which the company advised me to do and I still do not have my money back, it’s been over a month and they refuse to speak to me on the matter or refund me my money even though I sent proof of sending back the parcel. Terrible customer service !! Avoid avoid avoid !!

Very very good product
I have just purchased Nile Eyeliner and I must say beautiful colour and very good quality, I finally found what I wanted , I will definitely buy again.
The only suggestion that I can give to Peaches & Cream, it is maybe to find an alternative delivery charge, £ 3,50 ish and I big envelope for just a pencil I think is a bit too much for money and environment, for the rest as I said all good and I will purchase again.

cute packaging, nice prices, very fast delivery. Love the shades. Will definitely be going back for more. They could have done with a smaller mailing box but as it's recyclable anyway, no worries. It still went through the letterbox.

Ordered from here after seeing a TikTok video. I purchased the Sun Tint and a dense brush. The brush is excellent i’ll definitely be buying more. The sun tint is amazing, i was worried it would dry in tacky but its not! It smells amazing and actually feels quite moisturising. I’m obsessed & so pleased!
