My order arrived verry well ,on time.

The worst online shop!!
I ordered goods 11.7. Estimate time of delivery was between 21.7. and 23.7. and, of course, goods not arrived. After i contacted them, they wrote me new delivery date will be 30.7.
I had problem already before with this shop.
My last order from them!

If you return an item,it takes forever to get your money back. Its been 32 days and still nothing. Better not buy if you are not extremly sure about the item

I placed an order on 21.04 and by 05.05 it still hadn’t arrived. The delivery time was much longer than expected and there was no clear update or proper communication about the delay.

Because of this, I requested a refund. I was told (if this is correct) that the money would be returned within 14 days. However, this whole process feels very slow and inconvenient for the customer.

Overall, the experience has been disappointing due to the long waiting time and the lack of clear, reliable information. I expected a much more efficient service.

I am waiting for refund for more than a month - I sent several emails and they explained that the ownership of the company changed and they will pay at indefinite time in the future - it is 30 EUR - but still very bad purchase experience (though I bought many items from them in the past without any issues)

Update: They refunded me!

I am waiting for the refund for about 3 weeks. If paid in advance they will not refund in a decent time. I canceled a product that was not in their stock, after 3 weeks, then I expected for the order to be delivered since the rest of the products were in stock. But no, after another 3 days the products were not sent to me. I canceled the order and as I said I am still waiting for the refund. I still hope they will send the money back.

I do not recommend this online store. No shipping for purchased items and no refund.

I placed an order which they claimed was shipped in three separate packages. I received only two of them. The third package, which was supposed to contain two jackets and underwear, never arrived.

Despite this, they insisted that the package was delivered, which is completely untrue. I never received it, and they refused to refund my money.

Do not make the mistake of shopping from this store. Very disappointing and dishonest experience.

O experiență oribila. După ce am așteptat 1 luna să trimită produsele, le-au livrat la alta adresa. Eu am achitat și costul transportului. Sunt curioasa daca îmi returnează banii. Am făcut sesizare la ANPC și ECC. Firma este din Slovacia, is aici te păcălesc spunând că sunt din Romania

I've placed and payed an item, and it passed a very long period of time, and have no info about it. It's been like a month

I placed an order with Factcool, and I experienced long delays. I have not received a clear delivery date or concrete information about when my product will be sent because of the delay. They didn’t even check again when they would get the item at the store. Communication from customer support has not provided helpful updates, which made the experience very frustrating.

Promotion lies - "20% only until midnight" - but you'll find it also next week. But main thing is that I ordered some shoes (Dec 8) ,received a message that product is still in transit after 7 days, only to receive at the end (Dec 17) the message ("something happened") that the product was sold already and I will receive money back. Still waiting for money 3 days after message.

Merchandise is low quality, all madenin Turkey. The shirt is like paper, would not buy again.

Factcool Croatia are thieves or incompetent or both. I ordered goods for 75 euros and paid, they were not able to deliver and they want to return the amount of 8 euros, which is 10.6% of the amount paid. Don't buy from those morons.

This states you benefit of an extra discount of 70% from the selected stock products, however, it is not specified the store will choose the products they discount. It practically states you can select products from the stock and they are discounted. After reaching the cart, it says the coupon is not available or expired.

Narudžba je trebala doći 5.6. a 9.6. mi je došla obavijest da je haljina ipak rasprodana kod nabavljača pa da neće doći.
