Having previously bought two pairs of Farah 'Classic' trousers (from Matalan ) and been extremely happy with them. Hard wearing and washed well , I just bought two more pairs ( from Chums ) . What a disappointment !
They have moved their production to India and the quality is now rubbish. Coarser rougher fabric that creases easy. Poorer cut. Won't bother again !

I never write reviews, but this company act like thieves.

I never write reviews, as normally things don’t bother me. But this company are an absolute joke. For a “premium” brand, they have appalling customer service and transaction management.

In short, I purchased an item that was in stock on the website, but out of stock at the warehouse. For over three weeks, I have tried to get a refund for an item I never received (Farah told me it was out of stock on the phone). I have sent multiple emails receiving a range of idiotic replies and escalations to head office. They still have my money, and don’t respond to emails. When challenged, they couldn’t even tell they’d debited my account, asking me to send bank statements to “prove” I’d paid! How can you not know this!? A disgrace. Do not buy. Do not deal. Absolute clown show.

Waiting almost 2 months for delivery!!!

I placed an order on October 20th, only to realise that their chosen courier service went into liquidation shortly afterwards. I understand that these things can happen, so reached out to the company via email. I was given very vague accounts of what might be happening, and it was clear that from the responses that the latest agent hadn't bothered to read through the whole email thread (only about 4 or 5 short emails). I requested a refund and was told that the items looked like they were in the delivery hub and to reject them when they arrived. That was on November 25th and still nothing. No way of tracking, no information from the company, no clue of when they might arrive. I'm tired of waiting and no longer want this merchandise. I've requested another refund, but judging by the reviews, I may be waiting a while. DEFINITELY wouldn't ever buy online from Farah again and will avoid this brand in future! Very Disappointed!!

Really frustrating and disappointing at Christmas

It is really frustrating that at this time of year that Farah can't get their act together and update their website with the correct availability of items. I ordered a sweat shirt only to receive a cancellation which didn't come from me. On phoning the company they confirmed that the website and warehouse stock are simply NOT in sync!! I then ordered another item and directly after received yet another cancellation email. Come on guys you should be doing better than this! Although having read about the poor quality in clothing now that the company has changed hands I'm considering ditching Farah as a brand which I bought a lot of items from in the past.

Massive drop in quality and consistency

Believe ever since the acquisition by Perry Ellis this brand has been ruined - as usual - by "efficiency improvements" and scaling up of production. Former huge fan of this brand and noticed when comparing my latest purchase from BF 25 that it is now made in Bangladesh / India for all items, where previously all my clothes were produced out of China. That's fine and all but there were obvious differences in sizing and cutting even comparing the exact same shirt design, what's worse is that with the new factory, the clothes aren't even consistently sized. I had 2 shirts in the same design and cut in a different color and they were sized differently. And what made me decide "screw it" and return the entire order was the fact that 2 shorts of the same design in different colors were obviously in different sizes - huge difference of ~3-4 inches, but both had the same size tag. Will never order with them again - I created an account just to submit this complaint.

I purchased 2 pairs of shorts a few…

I purchased 2 pairs of shorts a few months ago. Last Saturday I emailed Farah as the navy blue ones have an awful red/orange colour on them. I attached photos of the shorts, the tan ones are still perfect. Initially I had a response and that the incident was being sent to another department to investigate. I have emailed them since and have had no response. I just went on the chat service and a man named Scott just fobbed me off that they were waiting for the department to get back to the them. The shorts are in immaculate condition bar the red/orange discoloration. It is quite obvious they are faulty. Not the best customer service I have received.

Very poor quality mens Boxer underwear

It was not the company it was the underwear boxers I purchased from a shop.Worst quality mens underwear I have used especially the elasticated waist band curls up as for the quality they are very poor. I won't be purchasing any mens clothes in the Farah range again .

Good luck!

I ordered two XL shirts, when they arrived they might as well have been M sized. I repackaged, left labels on and returned. I had my proof of return.

After a week or so I heard nothing - I contacted Farah by email about 4 times before anyone had the decency to respond - doesn't look like they 'received' back my order and I won't be refunded. I can't fine my proof of return so basically had to write off £50.

Robbing, theiving, scheming, scamming bunch of you know whats. Will NEVER order anthing off them again.

Horrendous.

Unprocessed return after two weeks

I returned several items from an order two weeks ago and have provided receipt of delivery but have still not had the return processed or a refund. After raising it initially I was asked to get back to them after 7 working days. Having done that I'm still waiting for a response. Awful customer service when most ecomm companies would have already processed my refund by now. Won't be buying again.

Very poor service

Very poor service, order placed a week ago with no update to when they would deliver. Courier company advising they haven't received the delivery. Contacted call centre twice to be told they would chase it up. Order has just been cancelled/ refunded with no explanation. Will avoid ordering through company website in future

I want to rate this page Zero as they…

I want to rate this page Zero as they are a fake page. Deceiving people for money. Was very responsive initially before ordering, almost clingy. Stopped responding completely 2 weeks after the payment was done and I started enquiring about the delivery. Please avoid this page and use your money wisely.

They don’t like to refund.!

I purchased 3 pairs of trousers on the 28 September and returned them on the 12 October. I paid £52 in an initial instalment via the Klarna platform. So far I have had £4 returned on my £52. This level of customer service is shocking. Beware before you buy from Farah.

The worst customer care - EVER.

Ordered a wool jumper of them, and wore it twice and it's heavily bobbled - looks like it's been worn 1000 times. I wrote to them to explain the situation and sent photos - received a response saying "it's wool that's the way it is" - and that's it. I will never buy Farah again - the worst customer care service - they won't be around for much longer if they keep treating loyal customers like this - very short sighted.

3 stars because the items I kept are…

2 stars because the items I kept are nice. Returned 3 items but only only refunded for 2 of them. I am down £24 due to this. Customer service email replies take upto a week so it takes so long to get any response.

Update - this has been sorted now. Thanks.

Customer service complete shambolic

Customer service complete shambolic, ordered 6 shirts from them, kept 2 and returned 4 which was delivered to their warehouse a week ago but no sign of acknowledgement for a refund. When asked they said we are investigating, I mean how hard is it to refund a genuine return that's why its easier to shop from retail stores where you can try and buy the stuff. Not at all happy with their long refund process. Won't be buying from them again.

Used to really like Farah

Used to really like Farah, but ordered a tshirt, it shrunk after one wash. Customer care offered a 20% refund & for me to keep it, not sure what use that is when it isnt wearable anymore.
Had to send it back for a refund, but whole experience was way too much hassle.

Woeful

Ordered a shirt from Farah. I washed it before wearing and it shrunk so returned the item as faulty.(Not the only one who had this issue, looking at the website reviews for the shirt) Attempted a live chat and was told the warehouse were looking in to it. Over three weeks on and still not heard anything, losing the will. A painful experience and one that will not be repeated.
