Farm Toys Online Opiniões

Excellent service delivered as stated.Value for money

My kid loves it.
So that's the only thing that matters to me.

Great product, great communication, arrived quickly and well packaged. Thank you!

All good, from ordering to delivery.

Easy to order. Quick delivery, would use again.

I ordered 3 Schleich cats for my granddaughter who loves cats. Farm toys were the only company that had the ones I wanted at the most reasonably priced. They were ordered and delivered within 4 days. Excellent service and well packaged. Would use this company again.

Best price I could find and items were delivered quickly and very well packaged. Was also the only shop which stocked all the items my daughter wanted.

EXCELLENT SERVICE 5 STARS. PERFECT

Excellent customer service, very fast delivery and good quality products, can not fault anything - top notch

We're delighted to let you know that your order has been lovingly wrapped up and put on Farmer Freddie's trailer. He will take it down the track to the main gate where the delivery man will collect it and whisk it off to you.

Great prices and fast, tracked delivery. A very happy 11 year old (and her grandmother is too!)

MY SON WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE TOYS I GOT FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. MAYBE ORDERING AGAIN FOR XMAS.

THANKS AGAIN

Excellent customer service. I got a tractor toy for my cousins and it looks great.

I purchased an item for my sons Christmas and unfortunately there was an issue with the product.

I alerted them to this and was responded to promptly with a solution. I fully appreciate that Farm Toys Online are not the manufacture of the product, so they can't be blamed for its issue and its all about the way the retailer handles the complaint that is most important to the customer. In this instance they deserve the 5* for that alone. I will be buying from them again, as the way they treated my custom was second to none.

Keep up the great work guys.

Absolutely amazing company. I have ordered from them at least 5 times now - never any problems with anything! One time their website was having problems processing the payment, called them and without any hassle they took my quite large order by phone. I’m very impressed with this store and will buy from them in the future! 100% recommend.

Bought a tractor online. It came quickly, well packaged and was good quality. Would recommend.

I wanted a specific Breyer model that they stocked, the packaging is superb..I have been sent other Breyer models [from other sellers] with inadequate packaging, and the presentation box has been damaged in post..this company used a good strong box. Thanks :)

We ordered a Siku tractor and trailer which was poorly designed; all metal but a plastic support for the loader on the front of the tractor, which was broken on delivery. Richard at farmtoysonline was most helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately, (a different model) which we are very satisfied with. More importantly, we were not out of pocket in any way.
Outstanding customer service and a very satisfied customer.
