We ordered glasses for our parents wedding anniversary and paid for the gift wrap service which was excellent - they were packaged so beautifully with our message handwritten on a gift tag which was a lovely touch. A quality product with quality service.

Item arrived damaged and I’m still awaiting a response email from my phone and email contact to your customer service to return & replace it!

Go a reply to this review from the company saying through my email and junk and it does not appear to they have emailed me but I am yet to find it! Checked be there. I have also followed up an email to confirm my review is genuine. I just want the item replaced but it seems to be becoming an admin task. First time I have ordered from this company and probably the last. Don't need the unnecessary hassle.

They offered me 40% off of a BROKEN item. Not even half price for if you particularly want a broken item.

Their niche in the market means you can’t get the personalised items just anywhere. So basically, I’m left without the item I chose particularly for its individual usefulness to me but because I can’t seem to find it anywhere else and the service was crap

After a bad start having an item delivered with with a broken zip pull and the broken bits put inside the zipped area. I then drove to their actual store in Cheltenham to see what they could do about it as it was an anniversary gift and I needed a resolution as soon as humanly possible. After a sincere apology I was asked if a replacement would be acceptable, which I agreed to. What I wasn’t expecting was the replacement and personalisation would be done while I waited. Now that is what I call excellent customer service also a refund for gift packaging and post. Thank you so much for sorting everything out there and then. Will definitely be buying more of your items soon.
