Not only are the clothes surprisingly good quality, but I had an issue where I was sent the wrong skirt and they sent me a replacement for free! 10/10 experience and I will be buying more clothes <3

It was well packed so that nothing was broken, everything was completely intact when it arrived and it was good quality.

Product arrived. Ordered a K-pop cd and it was authentic. Shipping was a bit slow and shipping updates weren’t the best. But I am overall happy

Product was sent out and arrived fast for how far away it was being sent to. However, I am very disappointed with the packaging; you'd think an expensive light stick would be packaged carefully enough to not result in any damage, but they may as well have stuck the delivery details on the product itself. The product box has a massive crease/dent on the front and side, I just hope the contents are alright. It's a shame because it's supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister. I'm just proper gutted.

As I was buying first time from Fashion Chingu they impressed me with high clothe material (the same as in the picture)

Well you find very good things but the quality is really poor. Sometimes you order something it looks like the picture but the material is plastic and cost really a lot for what is it.

very, but VERY terrible service, broken lightstick, customer service terrible 1 star!! SIKE!! Katseye lightstick is amazing, was very good quality, the box was flawless, no dents, amazing customer service, Just Amazing, will definitely order a lightstick cover, but the only min point was the wait, and I get it it's from South Korea but it said 3 to 7 business days but I ordered 20 December 2025 and it came 30 January (today) but the rest was IMPECCABLE, 4 stars for sure!

We ordered from Spain, and although we knew it would take a while to receive, the package got stuck in transit in Madrid for quite some time. This can happen anywhere to anyone, what makes the difference is the service. We got Chingu's customer service Lyann Ayapana who really made a difference, and help us to receive the package safely, so all is OK! The item is also what my daugher wanted. Great work and great place to purchase from.

I received pants that were much smaller than what it was reported to be on the website. It was too small to even put on. The customer service at fashion chingu was responsive and helpful in responding to this issue.
