I’ve been a loyal customer, but the last experience was my last. I ordered a dress for an event, and it arrived with a visible stain. When I requested a return and refund, the process was incredibly slow. It took three weeks just to get a confirmation that they received the item. The 'priority' support they promise is just a marketing trick; they don't actually help when things go wrong

The information about delivery times on this website is misleading.
Orders are fully paid but not shipped on time, and customer support does not provide real assistance -only asking customers to wait for an undefined period.

This is unacceptable service and creates false expectations for buyers.
I do not recommend shopping on this site if you expect transparency and reliable delivery.

I have been a loyal customer of Fashion Days for years, but recently the service has significantly declined. They now use various third-party sellers, which has led to incredibly long delivery times that are simply unacceptable.
Moreover, their prices have become much higher compared to other similar platforms. They are no longer competitive in the current market. What hurts the most is that, despite my years of loyalty, I have never received any bonuses, special offers, or preferences.
I am deeply disappointed with the current state of the app and the service. I do not recommend using Fashion Days anymore – there are much better and faster alternatives available.

They don't answer my email, phone call and facebook messenger message when i want to return something. My refund order was 'canceled' and i didn't recieve any information why.

Fashiondays.bg offers a great range of brands and frequent sales, which is why I keep coming back. The delivery is usually fast, but I've had a few instances where items arrived with minor defects or were not exactly as pictured online. Quality control could be improved.

Not only they split my order into two so they can change two delivery fees but also did not enable card payments upon delivery. I also question the quality as it does not seem as good as the brand I brought usually offers. I use About you and always have great experience. This was my first and will be my only time buying from Fashion days.

Chinese replicas with horrible customer support.

Customer service is a complete waste of time. Don’t bother ordering from this company. Long delivery times and the return process is awful. Still waiting for a refund for a return in December 2023. Made at least 20 calls and still nobody has done anything to resolve the issue. A 5 month delay and no response from customer service is unacceptable. Total scam!

Bestilte en julegave den 16.12. Jeg var oplyst at leveringstiden var 6-8 arbejdsdage. Vidste derfor godt at gaven ikke ville nå frem i tide, hvilket modtageren af gaven fik at vide….
Men…..nu er der gået 36 dage og jeg har stadig ikke modtaget gaven…
Hver eneste gang jeg skriver (og min retorik bliver grovere for hver gang) , skriver de “vi takker for din tålmodighed og forståelse”.
Jeg er bestemt ikke hverken tålmodig eller forstående efterhånden.
Har aldrig oplevet så ringe service nogen steder!

Great company. No problem with refunds, but you have to wait a little for your money. The goods are as shown in the picture, with very good quality.
