Never received my items I contacted them via chat and they immediately said that according to the courier tracking the item was damaged and sent back so they would give me a refund. However it was too soon so the refund could not be processed. I contacted them again 2 days later and now being told they have to contact the couried company again. On top of that I thought i would try order the items again and Im now having the same issue with delivery and they are telling me to wait its coming today even though Evri tracking says there was an issue yesterday and it has not updated since. So fast to take money but to get a refund its a joke. Also need to change the delivery company

The delivery from this company is quite frankly a joke I ordered a skirt a week ago and still gave three days for delivery definately stick to next from now on

Very good and easy

Do not buy from this company!! My daughter purchased three items end of August. Never received anything and it states it was never shipped.
Now fighting with them trying to get a refund from them. They are not making it easy!!

I've been very ill and got behind I have mercy Los and forgot my details I miss phone call so glad this was easy to do

The company great

I've been a customer of Fashion World for years. They have the pay once a year for deliveries for a year, which is brilliant! They have Joe Browns clothes in plus size which again is brilliant! Never a problem with returns, you can get them picked up from your door by Evri. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, I've never had a problem. A few fashion mistakes but I sent those back! :D

DO NOT ORDER FROM TGIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A SHIRT DURING THE FIRST WASH 3 BUTTONS CAME OFF! VERY THIN THREAD HOLDING THE BUTTONS ON.
HAVE RANG, EMAILED AND MESSAGED FASHION WORLD 6 TIMES AND HAVE NOT HAD ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Never ever order from this company, they are true scam artists and steal your money, fraudulently accepting orders they will never fulfil. You don't get anywhere with customer service on email, Messenger or their page, the bot just repeats the same question on a loop every few days. Such a joke.

Said I could have credit set up the account I made an order they said I could have the credit after I made the order and cancelled the order

Our daughter placed an order here on July 26. We received a confirmation and then all communication with this company stopped. We can no longer log in to the website to check the status of our order. We are also not receiving responses to emails about when we can expect our order. In the meantime, we have filed a complaint with Mastercard against Fashion World (or is it Yvarrd shop, because that is also mentioned here and there). Hope to get our money back. It really seems like a scam. Do not order anything!

Payment online that I can pay more

Bought two Dakota wardrobes and a Dakota set of draws.
I received two wardrobes which was great until I realised one was grey one was white. Tried to resolve the issue by calling the help line only to be told I needed to wait for someone to contact me. Four days later and no contact, the wardrobes still sat in my hallway!
Next problem was I received the draws, they were the right colour however after building it up I discovered that instead of sending four right hand draw sides and four left hand draw sides I just had 8 of the right side.
Spoke to someone on the help line who had no clue what I was saying so I tried the chat line.
I was passed from one person to the next being told one thing then something totally different by someone else.
The last straw was being told my chat was being transferred to a secondary help line only to be left waiting on chat for half an hour!
When I finally tried to speak to someone again I discovered I’d been cut off!
Absolute nightmare especially when the helpline staff struggle to understand a word you’re saying.
