Never recieved the booking confirmation for the tickets.
The FAQ on the website is badly written, difficult to navigate and information is outdated

Bought tickets February 2023 for match due to take place 9th April 2023. Flights/accommodation booked for Barcelona. Planned to spend Saturday, take in the game on Sunday and leave Monday.

At the last minute I got a email stating the game date had been changed Game was moved to the evening of Monday 10th April.

Couldn't changed flights etc and asked for a refund, this was refused.

Lesson learnt, avoid buying tickets in advance for Barcelona.

Personally I won't buy tickets again but they'll find plenty of other mugs who will.

Horrible experience, got lied to by the customer service.

We booked three tickets online but only received 2 by email. The customer service told us to book another one. Our concerns regarding the seat assignment in the same area were met by the specific reassurance that we could select the seats 24 hours before the game for our purchased tickets. So we ended up buying that additional ticket.
When we wanted to select the seats, there was jo sich option. No contact via email or phone was answered. The ticket office was unresponsive, unhelpful and arrogant.
When entering the stadium, the staff was rude, declined the request to resolve the issue over the phone with a native Spanish speaker (in fact they just ended the call when the phone was handed to them).
So my in-laws who doesn't speak English or Spanish had to sit alone on the other side of the stadium than his friends for his own birthday.
We're deeply disappointed and expect not only an apology but also a refund considering that we were deceived into buying the third ticket.

Nos sobran todavía un montón de jugadores en mi opinión no aptos para este excelente club, Debelé el primero, hoy contra el Espanyol han tirado el partido. Seamos serios!!

Me ha llegado el recibo bancario de esta temporada 2022/2023 de 529 €. Lo he devuelto porque lo pague en Visa el día 25 de agosto, por la página web del club de socis confirmada correctamente el pago. No me hacia falta ni fraccionar ni pagar más tarde. He llamado y SegúnFCBarcelona, no les consta mi pago. Que revisen bien su web de socios y sus pagos. Un club como este, que pongan más personal si l s hace falta. Espero que lo revisen y me digan algo lo antes posible y por supuesto SUS DISCULPAS, que me he tenido que pelear y enfadar 😡😡

Pedí una camiseta hace unas semanas, me la puse dos veces y salió bola. Contactaron conmigo y me han dicho que no me reembolsan y ni me la cambian. La verdad que si son de esta baja calidad no se ajusta al precio abonado.

Amazing place to visit. The stadium is very dated and needs modernisation. However the tour was spectacular and my wife and I loved learning the history of the club before the Messi era!

I ordered a t-shirt for my son was supposed to come 7 to 14 days, when I did not receive the order after three weeks, I wrote an email, I received a reply that they do not have shirts now and the order will come after more than two months from the order, I think it is unfair that you can order shirts on the website that do not May I asked for a refund, I was offered 10% for the next purchase I was not interested and I asked for a refund again, they stopped replying to my emails, they are dishonest and I will not order anything else not only from this store but from this club in general, I have experience from the store of another football club and a different approach to the customer. Barcelona thinks that it can disregard the customer, but I do not earn anymore, a shame.

Awful customer service... I've been asking them about the situation with Catalonia residents tickets for a week and since receiving an email the first time around I've heard nothing back. Now the tour I wanted to book is no longer on offer (25% discount) and I won't be paying full price so they've now missed out on my business.

Perhaps this kind of disorganisation is why their club is currently in financial disarray!

Da asco….. niños de papa que tenían dinero para pagar la escuela…. Cuando ahora no demuestran su valía…
Supongo que opino con un veto…..
Y me sabe mal, porque soy del fútbol club Barcelona… no de sponsors ni enchufes como lo que hay ahora.

Jeg har været Barca fan i nu 10 år. Jeg går så ind og køber deres El Classico trøje. Jeg fik så en mail 3 dage efter hvor der stod de ikke havde den på lager. Der stod stadig de havde den på lager på deres hjemmeside, så jeg købte den 3 dage efter igen og igen får jeg at vide de ikke har den…

Jeg skriver til deres mail hvor de ikke svare en. Jeg står nu her og har tabt 16kr på deres fejl som gebyer.

I bought my game tickets on the website. They were emailed to me very fast, convenient and secure. The only negative thing I would say is that I didn't get an actual physical ticket rather the emailed version so no souvenirs for me. But on second thoughts it's more environmentally friendly this way. Thank you for an experience that I would never forget.
