Prior to moving from the UK to New Zealand we wanted to move our money across to our NZ account, and were recommended FC Global Payments via the shipping company we are using. I have had a great experience with FC global payments. I was working with Charlie Murray and he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and provided a great service. We had a great experience with Will from FC Global Payments as we needed to transfer our savings to another country we had moved to. He had great advice and strategy to propose based on our timeline. He was very responsive, proactively contacted us with updates on the exchange rates and extremely patient with all our questions.

The person I dealt with was helpful- I couldn't have expected better service. My only problem was with the security checks that were needed to set up the whole transfer situation were rather over zealous, time consuming and difficult to comply with.
