Very disappointed with the service

İ ordered on the 27th of November and was ecstatic that I grabbed a bargain through the black Friday sales, I had been wanting wool duvets for my two sons for ages. Anyway I ordered and paid, got the confirmation email and waited patiently for my 'order despatched' notification and tracking number etc. Three weeks had passed and nothing! İt was only after I contacted them that I got a tracking number from an advisor, however that number didn't give me any information from Parcel Force. So the next day I contacted them again, only to speak to an advisor who told me that due to being out of stock they could refund me and that's why I hadn't hear anything from them! So not only did I not get any contact regarding this, but I was somehow given a tracking number for an order that wasn't even in stock (supposedly!) let alone be dispatched! How ridiculous is that?! You need to manage your stock and sales properly. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with this company and their service.

Great quality and service

The quality of the furniture is to a really high standard, from the velvet headrests to the mattress and side tables. Tricia in the Taunton shop was super helpful and professional.

Delay in the delivery and because of…

Delay in the delivery and because of that no beds for a week, once unpacked, wrong parts, very annoying, will bring it to the store today. Helpdesk I couldn`t reach, needed to go again to the store and even there we`ve been waiting for 40 minutes, the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Poor packaging and damaged goods

One of the ordered items was damaged. There was no protective packaging, items just thrown into a large box and poorly taped up, so box was not completely closed on arrival.
