Overall bad quality on parts like valve covers, CCV's, DISA valves and so on, fails prematurly.

Parts like coolant hoses, minor bushings and such has seemed to be okey/good but not always there either.

Their oils (steering, engine and such) seems also to be alright.

I am avoiding this brand now day & SWAG who also sells exactly same products as Febi. I have had to many bad experiences with their parts to be able to trust them anymore.

Poor quality brake pads that squeal constantly, unfortunately this is the second set fitted by a garage that squeal all day every day, had a Bosch set in between the febi Bilstein ones with no noise whatsoever. Do not buy brake pads from this brand, they obviously make pads with too high metal content that cause the noise

Tot vijf keer toe rommel van dit merk ontvangen welke niet voldoet. Als ik dit - om dat voor u te voorkomen -meld krijg ik de (standaard) reactie dat ik bij de retailer moet zijn. Ik krijg het vermoeden dat ze willens en wetens slechte kwaliteit in de markt zullen blijven zetten. Mijn advies aan u: neem een ander merk!

Ich habe Ein Türschloss vom Golf 5 gekauft und eingebaut. Das schloss bewegt sich zwar, öffnet aber nicht zuverlässig. Ein Garantie Antrag wurde abgelehnt. Ein neues Schloss funktionierte einwandfrei. Ich bin selbstständiger KFZ Meister, an Erfahrung mangelt es nicht. Leider ist es diesem Hersteller völlig egal dass Kunden zufrieden gestellt werden wollen. Ich habe aus eigener Tasche dem Kunden ein neues Schloss bezahlt. Febi ist günstig aber schlecht wenn was nicht funktioniert.

Ein ganz verlogener
Laden. Macht Zusagen und hält diese nicht ein.
Nie wieder Febi, und auch keinWeiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte mir zwei Querlenker für meinen bmw x1 e84 gekauft und einbauen lassen. Danach alles neu vermessen lassen. Nach 1 1/2 Jahren waren diese Schrott. Mir wurden diese von Febi bilstein zwar ersetzt sowie das vermessen und fehlerspeicher löschen, was ich auch sehr schätze.
Was die zweiten Aus.- und Einbau betrifft, den nicht.
Mir wurde von einen Herrn Böhle zugesagt das wir diesbezüglich eine Lösung finden. Einen Sch... hat der gefunden. Angelogen hat der mich,und zwar auf die allerfeinste Art und Weise.
Ein Wiederverkäufer meinte ich soll keine Querlenker von denen kaufen.

Hatte für meinen BMW e60 Rückschlagventile gekauft und verbauen lassen. Durch einen Materialfehler sind beide gebrochen und das gesamte Motorenöl ist innerhalb von 3 Sekunden herausgeflossen. Dies ist ca ein Jahr her und ich habe seither nichts von febi gehört.

I choose brake components from Febi Bilstein. High quality parts and have never let me down

Ordered part through Parts-in-Motion, a BMW brake splash shield made by well known brand Febi owned by Bilstein, a Germany company.

The part requires a slot (hole) for handbrake shoe pin which is flat to fit the pin through then turns 90 deg, to secure. This part had NO SLOT. As I had to replace this quickly I drilled to make a slot but wasn't perfect since drill bits are round. It should have been punched out in manufacturing. Fitted but soon handbrake was defective and metal screeching, suspected grinding into disc so a new disc may be required and these were Brembo sports discs.

Contacted Parts in Motion, spoke to Tom, who was unable to supply an Apec alternative FOC as it had been fitted and modified. APEC BRAKE DISC SPLASH PANEL REAR RIGHT ASG1027.

I'd have thought Parts-in-Motion could have taken this up with the manufacturer, so something I'll have to do.
